I was up against a tight deadline to remove and dispose of an old air-con unit on the roof of my building. (The deadline was the imminent removal of the scaffolding which gave access.)

CapCool were incredibly flexible in scheduling, and utterly professional in the work. They arrived on the dot, surveyed the site, explained the work, and completed the job with no fuss and the minimum of mess. They took photos for my reference, and explained what they had done.

It's always hard to know who to trust online, but I have no hesitation in recommending this firm.

Efficient, communicative, technically more aware than others we received quotes from. Installation was first class and clean up exemplary. All the staff we dealt with were pleasant and very helpful. Pricing was competitive.

We have been using capcool for all our needs in at the shop, they have installed our air conditioners, walk-in freezer rooms and cold rooms. They carry out all our yearly services and maintenance. Very quick turn around times and their team is great, very easy to talk to and we always have a good laugh, would highly highly recommend using capcool.

Quick, friendly and very efficient. I emailed two possible suppliers and CapCool had done a site visit, made helpful suggestions, scheduled the work and completed it, very satisfactorily, before the other possible supplier had even answered my email. They take a lot of trouble to do a good job and I was very happy with their service.

Faultless. Can't thank the team enough especially Erica. From the moment I reached out, she took the time and energy to listen to my questions, comments and concerns and if she didn't know the answer she got an engineer to call me back and THEY ACTUALLY DID. Then to top it off, Erica follow up with me via email to ensure I was satisfied with the answer. Having reached out to numerous suppliers (7/8 total) the service I received from Erica was 2nd to none. The engineers that came on sight were very professional and clean and now I have a perfectly working Aircon unit with little to no clean up and all done to the high standard expected. Would recommend 100% of the time. Given my outreach to 7/8 different suppliers I can say without doubt they are extremely competively priced but how they managed me as a client makes them great Value for money.

I can’t recommend this company enough! Mohamed was absolutely AMAZING at answering all my questions at the consultation. He was professional, prompt and was honest with the AC KW we needed for the space we had. The installation team Farhan and Imran were great, they got the job done were super clean and tidy and were so respectful of our family home. Everyone I interacted with at CapCool was professional, courteous, and skilled at their jobs. They were responsive in a timely manner, always had answers to my questions, and carried out a seamless installation of 3 wall units. Such a contrast to other companies who act like they’re doing you a favor by taking on your project. Highly recommend CapCool.
