Most efficient and friendly. The installation was done rapidly in two days and they cleared up so well that you wouldn't have known that they had been there.i would highly recommend this company.

The team get the job done! On-site survey booked within a week, then the installation took place the week after. Office staff super nice and helpful throughout the entire process. Installation engineers are very professional and knowledgeable. The whole installation took only 3 hours and no mess was left in my flat! The job is beautifully done both inside and outside. Now I can’t wait for the summer! If you live in a new flat building and want to have cool summer, this is the company to go to. I have been turned down by so many other companies who “does not do new block flat”. Just make sure you have the proper permission before contacting them.

I'm enjoying mine. In such a freezing temperatures, air conditioning at heating mode was a real source of comfort and the cheapest. 27p per hour as per smart meter reading.

In the midst of the heatwave CapCool were there. I found them on the internet with no referral from a friend. The entire process from when my call was answered to the complete installation was effortless. Everything was taken care of and everything was clean when they left. I could then switch on the unit and relax.

The team who came to my house to carry out the initial assessment, and the subsequent installation, were courteous, considerate and very good at what they do.

I was really nervous about the size of the unit and the aesthetic disruption to my house, but they took on board my concerns and eventually, we found the right unit for me. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

I’d also like to point out that my house was spotless after they’d finished the installation - you wouldn’t have known they’d been there - which has to be a first for any kind of building work!

Amazing service. I’ve had 5 air conditioners installed by them. Clean installation and always advise the best unit not just for current use but any future plans we had. Went a step further and advised how we can adjust our house setting to make the AC more efficient e.g. add automated blinds to our skylights

We recently decided to get some air-con for home as our loft bedroom in particular gets incredibly hot in the summer months. Capcool was the first company we approached to survey and quote. I was thoroughly impressed with the prompt and detailed communication from the outset. Erica was hugely helpful in liasing with the engineering team. We initially submitted photos and Erica and team were able to offer options which were then fine tuned with a site visit by Mohammed who was again very knowledgable and able to offer more advice prior to final choices being made. Installation was within 1 week which again was brilliant and happened quickly and cleanly. Two engineers brought all the euipment in, including their own vacume and floor coverings and quickly got to work. Really good work and great service all round. I have no hesitation recommending Capcool for air conditioning services.

Excellent service all round for several reasons
1. Extremely professional and polite to deal with ( that goes a long way for me)

2. Erica and the team were super flexible with my dates as we were not sure the exact point in our building works to install the aircon. Erica and the team also explained this to me in detail

3. On site, the CapCool guys were extremely knowledge and professional, explaining the processes and devices to me. They were tidy workers and were even able to give me some professional guidance on the benefits of aircon (hot/cold) over having a radiator fitted in our loft. That was extremely useful
