In response to the refund of $65 I have…
In response to the refund of $65 I have not received the refund until now in my bank and the installment starts today in my bank account. It was transacted 1/22 and I need to wait 10 days for it to reflect. Refund should only take 3-5 days and if you know for a fact that it would take 10 days to get the refund, why did your rep ask me to apply if he thinks I am not eligible? If he thinks there are a lot of people, it does not make sense to ask a person to still apply and pay you know. It is a FALSE HOPE. He even said to me that he can help me and just apply. Plus, I booked a call and you cancelled the call even before the interview which is outright RUDE. You even flagged my comment defamatory but trustpilot retrieved it? Because people deserve to know about how you treat people. Next time, do not mess up with your clients.

Hi Maureen,
Thank you for your response. We appreciate the opportunity to clarify further.
We processed your refund of $65 in full on January 22nd, the same day we informed you of our decision. We provided you with a full refund receipt on the same day with a reference number you can track the refund with as well- all of this you are aware of.
Although we process the refund on the same day as our decision, the actual time it takes for the money to arrive in your bank will vary and can take a few business days- this is completely out of our hands and you must be familiar with this if you have had any other refunds processed in the past.
If the money is not back in your account after 10 working days, we recommend checking directly with your bank/ card provider for any updates using the reference number we provided you with in the refund receipt.
We have an industry leading guarantee and we pride ourselves in being fully transparent with our fees and we are one of the very few providers that provide a refund for candidate we decide not to proceed with.
Regarding the application process, our information calls provide general guidance and clarifications about our programs. These calls are not there to asses or evaluate your fit for our programs. We see these calls as an opportunity for candidates to ask us questions and see if we are the right fit for them rather than the other way around. That is why we offer these calls before candidates go on to pay a fee and submit an application with the full details.
Final determinations are made only after a thorough review of a candidate’s resume and application details once a full application is submitted, which is what we did in your case. This ensures fairness and transparency in our evaluations. After reviewing your profile, we found that you are not the right fit for our program and we declined your application.
We understand this is not the result you were looking but we do treat all our customers with respect and we promptly informed you and issued a full refund of your application fee.
Again, we understand that this was not the outcome you had hoped for and we wish you all the very best
Best regards,
Tash

Capital Placement Review
I contacted Capital Placement some time ago to assist me in my job search based on my professional profile in the UK, and I would like to confirm that the team has been professional and very helpful throughout the entire process. I would like to thank Mandri Hettiarachchi (Global Partnerships Manager) for his kindness and great support from the very beginning, and especially Sahlah Anees (Global Partnership Associate) for his exceptional professionalism, proactivity, persistence, and what I consider a great eye for identifying the type of company I was seeking based on my profile. Sahlah managed to find job opportunities that were very aligned with what I was looking for and ultimately helped me secure a job offer that I am very happy with.
Thank you, Capital Placement team, and especially Sahlah, a rock star! Keep growing!

Capital Placement is the best decision I made this year and I would highly recommend them if you are looking for internships. Working with CP was such a smooth and straight-forward process with support from the team. I was connected to Yash and Mandri who were very supportive, helped me prepare for interviews and answered all my questions. Mandri was encouraging and helped clear any doubts I had and this gave me the assurance in knowing that I was making the right decision. I'm so glad I did this and excited to start this new journey in my internship.

An insightful new journey
I must say it has been an incredibly enriching experience. The level of support and the streamlined process made it instrumental in securing an internship opportunity, and I am immensely grateful for the mentorship provided.
From the outset, the program’s structure was well-designed, offering a comprehensive framework that guided me through each step of the internship search and application process, ensuring that I was well-equipped to showcase my skills and experiences effectively.
One of the standout aspects of my journey was the mentorship I received. My mentor “Yash Dave”played a pivotal role in shaping my approach, offering personalized guidance tailored to my strengths and aspirations. his insights, feedback, and encouragement were instrumental in refining my application materials and preparing for interviews. I felt supported every step of the way, knowing that I could rely on his expertise and mentorship to navigate challenges and make informed decisions.
Thanks to the Capital Placement Program and the dedicated mentorship, I successfully secured an internship that aligns perfectly with my career goals. I cannot emphasize enough the impact this experience has had on my professional development. My experience with Capital Placement…
My experience with Capital Placement has been nothing short of exceptional. From the initial consultation to the final placement, the team, particularly my coordinator Yash, provided invaluable support and guidance every step of the way.
Being from the U.S.A, the prospect of navigating the London internship landscape initially seemed daunting. However, Yash, my dedicated coordinator at Capital Placement, swiftly dispelled any concerns. He took the time to understand my professional goals and tailored his approach accordingly.
Yash's assistance went beyond simply securing interviews. He meticulously reviewed and refined my CV, ensuring it resonated with London employers and highlighted my strengths effectively. His insights into the job market were invaluable, and his feedback significantly enhanced my application materials.
Yash's assistance was helpful during the interview preparation process. He gave me detailed advice on what to expect during interviews, useful recommendations on how to effectively showcase my talents and experiences, and conducted mock interviews to help me gain confidence and refine my responses.
For any student or young professional looking for an internship experience in London, I definitely recommend Capital Placement.
