Heads up. While deposit was a breeze, getting my money back was tough. Luckily, Ver-tel-waves stepped in to help with the re_payment.

In February 2023 I was contacted by a Financial Broker, Charlie Hasberry with Lawsons Wealth and then a follow-up from Louis Mills with Capital 3PM out of the UK asking if I was interested in an investment in a property developer in the UK, Godwin Capital/Godwin Developments. I was specifically informed, in writing that Godwin had never defaulted or paid late on their coupons (interest)).
He provided the details and an application and, on 18 May 2023, I invested US$100,000 with a guaranteed interest of 10% per year over a 2 year period to be paid out semi-annually. These funds were transferred directly to Godwin’s bank account with Lloyds Bank, Gresham Street London, Account #00709483. My Loan Note is referenced as C8-3567.
As promised, my first payment of $5,000 was paid in November 2023 and the second was paid in May 2024. In November 2024, the Noteholders were informed that there would be a Noteholders resolution meeting to extend the notes for a period of 1 additional year for both the capital invested as well as interest thereon. This online Zoom call was a staged event to simply allow the directors of the company more time to pull funds out of the company to their personal benefit and use. Later, in June 2025 I received notification from Godwin that they were going into insolvency. Godwin actually filed insolvency for 4 of their programs - #6, #8, #20 and #21. MHA is leading the Insolvency proceedings along with Blue Water Capital as Trustee.
In retrospect, the Godwin management knew they were going to file for bankruptcy in October/November 2024, if not earlier, and this extension was to allow the management to clear out any and all funds they had scammed from investors, which number in the hundreds and, hundreds of millions of pound sterling. Bluewater Capital was assigned as the security trustee and they appointed MHA (BakerTilley) to oversee the insolvency proceedings. We received their report on 18 August.
This whole process was a scam and a Ponzi scheme on the same level as Bernie Madoff in the US. Myself and numerous other Noteholders have lodged a complaint with the UK Action Fraud team to seek their involvement to investigate this fraudulent activity. It is a smear on the UK investment market and your involvement is requested to get this resolved satisfactorily.

Holborn Assets introduced me to Capital 3PM. I have lost my investments in a product Capital3PM introduced us to.
I invested both Empire and Godwin Capital — both of which have gone bankrupt, leaving me with serious financial losses.
My investment with Godwin Capital and Empire both was supposed to be secured through Capital 3PM and FCA backed and regulated. Now I’m finding out this isn’t the case. All lies. These people are criminals, do not give them your money! I would give 0 stars if I could
Empire was sold as having property as the security and fall back. Now seems this was mis sold as now in liquidation and no property was ever purchased with investors funds.

My wife and I have lost our entire investments in a product Capital3PM introduced us to. While, as investors, we understand the risks involved, we have since learnt Capital3PM were aware of the difficulties the investment was having a long time before the investment fell into administration. They failed to advise or share this information with us even when asked outright when our investment matured. They made excuses stating it would take 30days before we would receive the funds back and then the Christmas break would delay payment further. We understand since that this simply was not the truth. We certainly would not work with or recommend Capital3pm.

They gave false information, which later was proved to be incorrect and have not paid out as agreed

Louis has been great at explaining everything thoroughly. Capital 3PM take things very seriously especially the anti-money laundering checks.
Even though I have not yet received any money since I just invested with them, so far it has been a pleasure dealing with this company!

As a genuine 3rd party investor I did the 2 year 12% pa Godwin note. It was very efficient, well administered, immediate feedback - and paid in full promptly both times. Very happy with the entire experience.

Spammers. Unsolicited mailchimps. Unwelcome. Potentially fraudsters? Ignore all unexpected mail from spammers in case of fraud or phishing.

Having little experience in this area of investment, I was initially a little nervous. Everything was very easy to arrange and to some degree this also fuelled my initial reservations. Two years later, I have received my capital investment and interest in a like fuss free way. Highly recommended!

In a world where it is now necessary to be sceptical and very careful in what you are investing in. It is great to find companies that operate like Capital3PM.

i have used Capital 3pm investments for quite a while now and i find them to be excellent in all aspects.
Communication is regular and concise. Interest on capitol investments is always on time and in full.infact often early.
I have no hesitation in recommending Capitol3PM for investments.

What is good is the document flow accompanying every expected coupon payment. For our company here in Belgium it supports our audit and fits our tax compliance . As a certified bookkeeper it great to work with a trustworthy and timely partner never ever needing to chase for such pdfs for our back office.

As a first time participant in this type of investment I was skeptical, to say the least. I can happily say that they have consistently kept me posted on progress and have honoured their commitments as per the original agreement. I highly recommend doing business with them.

I had a seamless experience with Capital 3PM investing over a 2 year period. I was extremely happy with the return, the communication throughout and the transparency in the beginning when making my decision.

We are very satisfied with all our interactions with Capital 2PM: always ready to explain and answer our questions (we had to learn a lot, since new to this type of investments). Rated 4 because we joined only recently so need to experience same level of care over time.

This was the first time we used this type of investment and it was excellent and will be using again in the very near future and would recommend to anyone
