Support is great and it is easy to use for non-techy person like me to get started with automated trading. Highly recommended!

I'm totally new to Capitalise.ai and just learned it yesterday from a Fidelity webinar. I really want to be more systematic with my trading and thought Cap.ai would help since it's algo-based. I tried writing a command last night and it didn't work. I sent a message to get help and Josh was very quick to respond. He helped edit the prompt and sent me a bunch a links and resources. Now I have a live simulation I can monitor and see what happens...very excited about this. I really appreciate the hand-holding and coaching since I know I'm going to need it being a beginner. Thank you very much!

The tool seems to be very solid. Support is great and very personal. The fact you can back-test multiple strategies in a few minutes is a lifesaver!!!

Great and fast assistance from the team to help solve my issue

Been seeking help on connect the strategy to my IBKR account to start turning the strategies into real trade. I filled up the form and it said it will be activated within 24 hours. But it never happened. I ask the chat bot, they never come back to me. I sent them e-mail, it's like talking to air. The even joined the discord discussion group and ask the admin for help, they are like zombie, never response! Look at their youtube channel, there is no new contents at least for the last 2 years. The idea and the tool is really interested, but its useless if it's not able to convert to real trade...

Easy to use. I wish all the tickers are available. I wish there are more indicators too. Will continue to use anyway.

This Forex.com spinoff seems to have taken the exact path of the mothership, in an unsupported mess. Even the little details need fixing and should be fixed, like for example the "chatbot" offering a product tour again and again and again, and then we have bigger possible improvements, perhaps adding/sending a chart of when the actions were triggered. I haven't been able to access support for what may be small or big glitches, I had a trade that was not closing while going deep into the red, just after a "strategy disabled" mail according to which my entry could not be triggered in Forex.com

Unusable!
Since the end of January the service is not working.
In the last 6 months the third (or more) issue which makes it absolutely unreliable and pointless.
I spent 100+ hours in my strategy.
Noo ... I WASTED 100+ hours of my life!
Ah yeah ... the support ignores my messages too!

It's really amazingly simple to apply strategies with different conditions. However, I can notice that Capitalise is working continuously towards the improvements of their platform.

This is an excellent platform. Very easy to use, lots of live examples and lots of usable templates. FREE to use. I would highly recommend you looking at this. I give it a 5 because it is hard to find the negatives. In terms customer support, I just haven't needed any, it's all right there, lots of information and ideas! Be patient, get to know it and you'll be impressed (in my opinion). I tend to give credit where it is due. It is due here.

Support (Josh) was able to outstandingly exceeded my expectations when it came to inquiring support when I needed it the most! Definitely recommended, would put more stars if there was an option

the low code aspect is incredible, but for now is only available USD-M Futures, COIN-M isnt.

Capitalise.ai is truly amazing.

I exclusively trade Forex and I'm able to build any number of strategies, using simple English, and then I can backtest these strategies. From here, I can boil down to see the precise trigger time for entry and exit for each hit. Additionally, I see an Equity Curve and win/loss percentage for each strategy.

I'm on the hunt for that "sweet spot".

I really appreciate the Customer Service. Josh is very professional. He can clearly explain the situation, providing screen shots when necessary, to help me understand a better approach to these strategies.

Capatilise is almost too good to be true. An easy to use way to automate trading that is free to the user. On top of it the customer service is top notch. Couldn't be more satisfied.

I have a question about whether someone without any trading experience can use this app and make a profit.
