At first, it seems complicated and hard to believe that it really works, but after trying it, well it really works, it is a good improvement for me because it is automatic and I don't have to code the strategy. Also, the help I received from support was very important to understand and configuring the strategies.

I had issues with my prop trading platform. They were extremely helpful. Even though the problem Could not be resolved because it was out of their control, they were there to help me.

Josh from Capitalise.ai support was brilliant. Friendly, helpful, resourceful, and polite. The best part is, he and his dev team managed to resolve an issue I had with a 3rd party's API integration so I should have actually been talking to the 3rd party mentioned but the guys from Capitalise got the issue sorted out within the same day.
I'm still not 100% clued up on some of the automation prompts I might be needing but knowing that this level of support is ready to assist you when you have questions or need assistance/guidance/advice - gives me the confidence to continue pursuing this new learning curve of automating trades.

This is an excellent service, I love the simplicity of configuration of the bots and the ability to use webhooks with trading view . The one major thing holding me back from giving 5 stars, is the fact there is only one Crypto trading exchange. With more options to trade on different exchanges I believe would increase the usage of the service.

capitalise.ai is an extremely versatile and easy to use solution for automating your trading. I particularly appreciate the webhook functionality that allows me to automate my strategies developed on Tradingview. I hope that capitalise.ai can interface with more and more brokers in the future.

I know some users have talked about occasional bugs, but I personally have never experiened any over the last 3-4 mo's (knock on wood). I am in California and trading with Interactive Brokers. The only issue I've had is their server going down temporarily and strats stopping (happens about 1x/mo). This only cost me one time and Capitalise reimbursed me for a loss that should have been a profit. I thought this was a very nice and professional gesture. Overall, I find the platform very useful and intuitive. It has dramatically reduced my stress and allowed me to finally get some sleep and focus on my day job while my portfolio grows. It's playing a fun, endless game of coming up with new strategies and optimizing them. I highly recommend using webhooks with TradingView where you can do deep backtesting.
