BAD EXPERIENCE
I have a tour operator and marketing, communication and representation services business registered in the UK and USA in good standing. A few years ago I obtained the Capital On Tap corporate card for the UK business without problems but as regards the same business in the USA I was rejected twice even though I also have active business checking and savings accounts with Wells Fargo.
Capital On Tap requires a minimum of $30,000 in the current account to approve while for business in the UK it did not require this requirement. Advice: only use traditional US banks ( Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Chase) Wells Fargo allows applicants to open business checking and savings accounts without problems and without minimum opening amounts and also allowed me to obtain a credit card without the FICO credit score.The only inconvenient thing is that the applicant must physically go to the branch to identify the passport if you do not have a Social Security Number but you are sure of being approved without any problems.

I have been locked out of online…
I have been locked out of online banking for months and unable to activate my new credit card. After calling in numerous times, with no resolution, I finally reached someone that could help me.
Dafydd was extremely professional and went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. He not only regained my access to online banking but he helped me get another card issued to the joint owner of my business (something that I also spoke to multiple individuals about with no resolution).
Before speaking to Dafydd, I would have rated my experience as a 1 star (0 if possible), he made all the difference.

Capital on tap is unlike any other credit card company. I double paid on my account and they gladly refunded me my cash for the extra payment I made. Most other credit card companies would have credited the over payment versus refunding cash. Thanks cot.
