Captain Collectible Reviews 

My expensive collectible toy came in good/new condition. Was first skeptical due to not me finding a lot of information or reviews of the site/seller but eventually came in delivered in a very safe packaging. Seller also kept me up to date fast with the shipping tracking and questions I had through the chats. I would recommend for those who are wondering and thinking of whether to buy a product of their site like me.

Vendeur absolument pas sérieux. Je lui ai signalé dès la réception que la figurine présentait un défaut électronique et que l'un des équipements ne fonctionnait pas. Malgré plusieurs messages et relances, il a préféré ignorer le problème plutôt que d'apporter une solution.

Au début, il répondait rapidement à toutes mes questions avant la vente. En revanche, dès qu'il a été question d'un problème, plus aucune réponse. Il promet de tenir informé, mais ne donne finalement aucune nouvelle. Les explications fournies sont peu crédibles au vu du prix élevé de l'objet.

Je suis très déçu par ce manque total de professionnalisme et de considération envers le client. Je déconseille fortement ce vendeur, surtout si vous comptez sur un véritable service après-vente en cas de problème.

At first I wasn't sure on the site as I couldn't find many reviews anywhere. But took the chance and glad I did, product came in perfect condition and I think it was a fair price as well. Company is based in china so bare that in mind, but I didn't have any custom fees in the UK (as of yet). Communication is a little limited as ShopIfy app didn't seem to update with tracking. But I messaged the chat feature and they gave tracking which I kept eye on. Overall though very happy with the product and service, so would recommend them .

Ho acquistato una figure da loro, Jill Valentine ver. Battlesuit, tutto perfetto, figure nuova e scatola in buone condizioni. Figure arrivata in un paio di settimane e costi di importazione a loro carico come promettono. Venditore straconsigliato, comprerò ancora da loro in futuro.

Il pacchetto è arrivato. La scatola era un pò ammaccata nonostante è stato impacchettato bene. L'oggetto non sembra nuovo ma usato. Comunque in buone condizioni tranne la confezione
