I liked the app, it helped me edit my videos fast while keeping a trendy style. It was easy to use, and although it would be nice to have some more features (some of the ai videos/ effects could be personalized more), I still liked it.

They also gave me a full refund when I didn’t use the app anymore and forgot to cancel it!

Captions AI is a game-changer for creating engaging videos quickly and effortlessly.

I signed up to this and couldn't access it through my phone. It turns out the package I picked wasn't compatible with my android. I contacted the team and Sam helped me work out what was happening. He then issued a quick refund allowing me to select a different package to the one I picked. 10/10 for customer service. Thank you Sam.

I love Captions. Super easy to use on desktop, browser, or mobile.

Makes great videos, and the support team is super responsive. Amazing service!

Amazing, I love it!

They charge you for subscription then they give you credits then the ai glitches then the credits get over. Then you complain and then they say they will refund you the credits then they send less credits and then they say the credits had gone negative so that got adjusted.

Cheapsters. I was thinking to scale up but now I guess will shut it down.

Over that there support guy has the audacity (Shrenik) to say as an exception I am restoring 100 credits. Keep your exception to your self. Poor poor poor service.

Your ai glitches your app problem why am I to struggle!

But on a positive note I really loved the ai edit feature that does a brilliant job. But not value for money. Could do only 13-15 edits as per their standard templates. Some 25$s for 500 credits that does approx 15 ai edits and if you use the ai chat you are done for one background change would be like 100+ credits and it won’t even change the background and they will give you back 80% of the used credits 😂 joke

At 52 years old work flow is everything. The tools are straight forward and EZ to understand.

I’ve used the app for a while and have really appreciated what it’s capable of. I’ve also contacted customer support twice for an issue with my subscription and my issue was promptly and politely resolved both times.

This is one of the best apps to keep me motivated to create short form portrait, videos, it’s game changer in terms of communicating with my community started with them from the beginning, and their support is phenomenal and really helped me out

Oh. I love captions.
I have been with captions for 3 years now and they don’t disappoint. And if there’s anything… they have so IMPROVED SO MUCH. each year I renew my subscription, there’s something new and improved.
