From start to finish I was kept informed as to the whole process of the installation of solar panels, heat pump, cylinder and radiators etc to our house.
Everyone involved was hard working, dedicated and professional, so a huge thank you to you all, and especially Rob, who was exceptional throughout.

Ellis has been working in fitting the heat pump and changing the plumbing, he is such a nice Guy and has done a brilliant job. Nothing was to much trouble, he cleaned up after each day. Thank you Ellis it was a pleasure to have you working in our house.

I live in Cornwall and I was so impressed with David. He spent three hours at my home and was so professional and helpful. What a lovely man. He clearly enjoyed his job, he was thorough, helpful and polite. He answered all my queries and put me at ease.

We have had to have a lot of work done in our home. We came across problem after problem. With our Electric, but after worryingly being told we couldn't go any further until we had sorted out our electrics ourselves, along came electrician Luke Cooper and went over and above to make our electrics safe so we can now have outstanding works finished at last. Thank you so much Luke.

I am currently having a lot of work being done by Carbon Rewind. I would like to highly recommend their Electrician Luke Cooper. He has been punctual, professional and reassuring with explaining the work he is doing and what needs to be done by him and others. The details he gives are easy to understand no jargon. Always clears up afterwards.

Ram and Tony has done an excellent work on the roof extension, very friendly and nice people, highly recommended.

Ricki and Jude fitted our Solar Panels in a jiffy, no hassle, no mess a cracking job. These are the type of employees a boss wants. Thank you guys.

Recently we were lucky enough to have solar panels and new high efficiency storage heaters fitted by Carbon Rewind funded through a green scheme with Ovo energy. From beginning to end the whole process was painless, quick and done to a very high standard, All in all we were very impressed with the professionalism and quality of the work done and would recommend Carbon Rewind to anyone looking for green heating and energy installations in the south west.

At the start of the process, the surveyor was polite, professional, and thorough. He explained his recommendations clearly, carefully, and laid out a timeline, which was adhered to. The logistics lady informed us in advance of her arrival and was willing to handle the storage of heavy equipment in our garage by herself, I virtually had to insist on helping. She managed everything with a positive attitude and was a pleasure to deal with. The scaffolding company kept us updated on their start and finish times through texts and calls. The roofers / panel installers were punctual, arriving at the break of day, and remained friendly and professional throughout the process.

Lastly, the electrician, Mike, was Awesome. He explained everything he was doing and answered all our questions. He did an excellent job minimising the wiring required, neatly hiding all wires and placing all equipment in the ideal location. He communicated our questions and requests to the head office and relayed their responses promptly. He installed the inverter exactly where we wanted and double-checked all equipment to ensure it was working correctly, even contacting the inverter manufacturer to resolve a minor error code issue. He also reconfigured a few circuits for the storage heaters and set up a timer device for our hot water system, giving us more control over our immersion tank and heating—really convenient!
Unfortunately, a few small electric panel heaters upstairs could not be installed due to a quirk in the existing wiring, but Mike explained the reasons clearly and provided advice on possible solutions. Mike was a real pro.

One small inconvenience was the scaffolding had to stay up for a week despite most of the work being done in the first few days, though I understand that is probably because scaffolders have a set minimum period, Also we would've liked to have kept the 3 small panel heaters supplied despite them not being fitted as I would've fitted them in a relatives house, but alas they had to be repurposed for another job elsewhere in the future, which is understandable.

The only things that could've been improved upon is that we would've liked a little more input from head office on the available equipment options and clarification on exactly what the grant would cover. We would've loved to have had one or two extra panels and a battery system fitted with a higher spec hybrid inverter for a slightly more advanced solar PV set up, but I expect that we were given the highest level / amount of equipment that the money available could buy. I'm sure If we were fully paying customers we would have been given much more choice and scope in terms of our options.

All in all I can't fault the level of service we received, It feels good to know you're doing your bit to help the environment and saving some cash at the same time. Kermit the frog once said 'it ain't easy being green' well with Carbon Rewind it appears it's pretty easy after all.

Had A PIV installed in connection with a grant received for loft installation. Electrician Ben was excellent. Very polite and professional, he fully explained the options to me before he commenced work. Highly recommend.

My experience with Carbon Rewind is 5⭐️for the Heat Pump Engineers Craig and Luke who have in 5 days worked extremely hard to fit a whole new heating system. Polite, skilled gentlemen who worked in a neat tidy way keeping any disruption to a minimum .
