Nightmare from the start. Haven’t even received my order yet. Website says in stock/ships same day and guaranteed delivery date on 14th. Now it’s the 21st and still not even shipped. To date only an electronic shipping label created. Correspondence with customer service has been nothing but bafflegab and b.s.. Requested refund and got more blah blah blah from them. Still working on this mess. Put your elbows down on this Canadian business and source elsewhere.

After waiting for 3 months they wanted an additional $70. I refused so they cancelled my order and provided a refund. Later that same day, they changed their mind however refused to honour the original sale price. NOT TRUSTWORTHY at all. Stay away from them.

There is no warranty on any of their covers if purchased in Canada from Carcoversfactory Canada.
If you purchase from the US website and have the cover shipped to Canada they will still not be warranty. Very misleading site.
I purchased the premium cover for my 64 Lincoln it is completely disintegrated and was never really waterproof.

6 mth this product started falling apart. Contact them they've offered a replacement at a shipping cost of $89 only one time. Car cover.ca same price as this company offers life time warranty.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

BUYER BEWARE these are not "precision fit" car covers. I bought the "premium" cover for a 2003 Mustang GT Convertible, (my specific model was listed on their web site) however I received cover labelled "sedan". The cover is way too big, on a windy day the cover inflates like a balloon!!!
I'll be buying another cover that is actually made to measure for my Mustang!

I purchased a snowmobile cover. I used it once and the thing fells apart. I drove 100 kilometres with it in the box of my truck and it shredded apart. I was a few days out of the 30 day return window and they wouldn’t do a think. Beware of buying, it says thick material and trailerable.

I bought multi layer, lifetime warranty cover. After only eight months the Cover started to deteriorate and flake off. It would leave dust all over the car. It was not waterproof and it became so fragile that I had to take extreme care while Installing and removing the cover. The cover finally became so thin that it was see-through and develop multiple holes on the parts of the car that was exposed to direct sunlight. (hood and roof). The good news is they replaced the cover without hassle. The bad news is there was an approximately $60 shipping and handling fee. The replacement cover was not as good as the original and it was much smaller. Therefore it does not cover my car in its the entirety.

A little disappointed. The waterproof cover is not waterproof. The fit is also not great on my car so it looks a bit silly. However the company did send me a replacement cover so the customer service is decent. My plan is to seal the seams and see if that helps.

I give 5 stars because the motorcycle cover looks and feels very durable and has soft interior so it doesn’t scratch or hang up on anything. Prepare to buy your own lock because the key hole split in half after hitting the ground to get it under neath (as directed in video). I was able pull the lock apart with two vice grips very easily. It’s cover that’s most important and it work well.

Lifetime guaranteed, NOT. My Lexus RX300 cover lasted 1 year and 1 month. The cover rotted and fell apart, I have pictures. For only $59.95 they will replace my cover 3 times, that is $59.95 each time. Original purchase was $189.95 for the lifetime guaranteed cover, now add $59.95 each year for 3 years and this lifetime guaranteed cover costs $369.80 and each cover only lasts for 1 year ea. That is some lifetime guarantee. I have owned several car covers prior to this one, and all have lasted several years at least. This is Carcovers Factory best cover they say, it lasted one year. This cover is JUNK, and the lifetime guarantee is a flat out LIE!! I gave the 1 star rating because its the lowest rating I could give, a big 0 is more correct. Dont waste your money!!!
