Late delivery, needed packaging supplies for moving house. No solution offered.

Terrible service. Waited over 3 weeks with the same old "were contacting the courier, order should be confirned for next week" response with no tracking updates,

I have since requested a refund but guessing from the comments ive read here it is a challange in itself.

Placed an order on 12th September for the NHS. Needed the boxes urgently and stated this in numerous emails to them when nothing arrived after their claim they would arrive within 5 working days.

After weeks of asking for a refund as they have still delivered nothing - they have the cheek to send an email today (10th October) saying the order has been processed and is ready to ship. DO NOT GO NEAR THEM! LIARS AND THIEVES.

AVOID, this appears to be a scam company. Zero stars isn't selectable but definitely zero stars. Similar to other's experience, this company failed to provide the order and have now failed to process a refund. I wish I'd read reviews on here before ordering , still waiting for a refund and also pursuing via my bank. The companies house record for the same company name, website name and address makes interesting reading too, and their reply (below) is illogical and muddled.

Ordered 18/9/2025 (3-5 working days quoted, note there was never any mention on their website of a longer time to fulfil the order or on the order confirmation)
Chased 26/9/2025 - this was 6 working days later, took them 2 days to reply "Delivery is expected to be with you by the end of the week", never arrived
Chased again 7/10/2025 - their reply was "I have asked our despatch team to check and advise on the delivery status. Please expect a notification to confirm your delivery", never arrived
Chased again 9/10/2025 - they didn't reply this time
14/10/2025 - 4 weeks after ordering, still no update or delivery
17/10/2025 - I cancelled my order and requested a full refund, took them 4 days to acknowledge this request. Interestingly no mention at all if the order was actually being processed (clearly it never was!)
5/11/2025 - still no refund given, nearly 2 months after originally ordering!!!

Unfortunately I must agree with the many poor reviews of this company. We ordered a custom made tandem box for delivery to the end destination of our cycling trip in August. The box never arrived despite numerous emails (which they rarely answered ) and phone calls to the office. We had to leave the tandem in another country and rearrange a box from another company with all the associated complexity of having it shipped back. I paid £75 and they have refused to refund a single penny. I am trying to pursue this through other avenues.

Despite promising quick delivery, the boxes arrived a long time later.
Despite having told them not to dispatch because of the delay, they dispatched days later anyway.
Now they are refusing returns for a refund, and making the process impossible.

Took payment for my order and an extra £15 for next working day delivery. No box and no refund after several months of trying to get either. Please do not use this company.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE OR ANYWHERE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SELLER.

If you book next day delivery, this will be ignored in the invoice and you will be told that you never booked it, the boxes simply DO NOT ARRIVE.

When you ask for tracking status or a refund you are send a very basic "we're working on it" sort of email.

Just save yourself the time and money and buy somewhere else.

If only I had read the Trustpilot reviews first, I would never have used this mob. Sheets of paper were just tossed loose into a box with other items and without being wrapped or secured in any way. Consequently there was damage. My complaint was equally tossed aside. So please anyone reading this, look elsewhere for your packaging.

Terrible comms, delayed shipping, missing items, middling products. Avoid.

Liars and Scammers

The order of 60 boxes was 20 short, they denied responsibility and claimed I had them, when quite clearly the packages would not fitted them in!

Impossible to get hold off, said some bull story, pointed me to their T&Cs when it is distance selling rules they are breaking reported and ending up rejecting the entire order 12 days after delivery in the 14 days window.

Even there picking list is wrong!

Terrible non existent customer service.

Also, don't expect to get an order notification. They'll take your money and leave you hanging.

Extremely poor service, I have been waiting for delivery 2 months now and there is always an issue. Don't waste your time and money, your questions won't be answered.

I ordered some boxes over a month ago and whilst yes they had to be made to order (nothing special mind, just the extra durable ones) this company just straight up never delivered. I gave them 2 weeks initially as yes that seems like plenty of time. It wasn't even a big order, only around 20 boxes. Emailed them to chase my order. No reply. Emailed again a few days later and replied with oh they should be with you by the end of the week. Okay I thought, at least theyre on their way. Nothing. I called them the Monday after asking if they had shipped. Let me check with dispatch and get back to you. I explained I needed the boxes by the end of that week. That would have been week 3. No reply. Emailed again and again to chase and every time if they even did reply to my emails they said the same thing of let me check with dispatch. It was as if they had gone to the amazon and were hand cutting trees down for these boxes with a butter knife they are so slow. In this time I had had to order boxes from elsewhere. At the month mark of judt being brushed off I requested a refund. It has now been almost a week and they have not even acknowledged my refund request email. I wish so badly I had checked out the reviews before placing my order. I need boxes regularly for shipping hand made fragile items and I thought I had found a new reliable supplier but apparently not. Buyer beware, this company just straight up does not deliver, either on products or customer service.

Wish I'd read the reviews - Sent white boxes when I ordered brown - so no good. No notification that the largest size would arrive late with a different courier - all in all apalling after sales and like so many online sales no apology or help to provide a solution.

This place is junk. The box never arrived, and when I requested a refund they told me that the custom box I ordered essentially takes as long as it takes (has been a month?)

If you are looking for an arrogant and cheeky customer service along with a ridiculously slow delivery then you've come to the right place!

Very poor quality box. Went to the bother with photo evidence of trying to get an acknowledgment of the quality and told that the holes and tears were "generic fold/creases of the box" I can tell the difference between holes and tears to a crease! The damage was done before it left as the plastic it was wrapped in was completely unblemished!

Unfortunately took a punt on these cowboys before I read the reviews. Lies, non communication, falsifying documents, still waiting on items for my house move and it’s 4 weeks since I’ve been in my new home. Order placed weeks before required and gave them my moving date. Had to go and source elsewhere as nothing arrived in time. Products are terrible quality, not as shown on website. Email always ends with ‘I hope this doesn’t cause any inconvenience’ when they know full well it does. No names on emails or paperwork, possibly because they are embarrassed to work there but more likely so no one can hold them accountable. Scammers.

As other reviews allude to, awful experience delays in delivery that weren't communicated until asked. Lack of any form of customer service to offer a solution or goodwill gesture. They will blame couriers for delivery issues when the problem probably lies with them not dispatching items within the stated time frame. Still not received order by the expected date. Avoid at all costs.
