There is 1 star because I cannot give less. I purchased my boxes 13 days ago. Yesterday morning I called the company to cancel the order and ask for the refund, they didn’t want to do it through the phone so they suggested me to send an email. I sent it and got an answer that the order will arrive at some point but I need wait for it and then and only then, return it for the refund. Unbelievable. Also the return price and 20% fee will apply for return and refund. What a company. I only advice to order somewhere else, they are completely useless.
They have replied now below that they cannot find me, of course you can. Order #93690, placed on July 18, 2024, don't lie to the people.

Very poor experience. Took to long to dispatch item. Very unhelpful on the phone. Trying to cancel the order as it took to long to dispatch and it's a £10 charge. (Unheard of for buying 1 box).

This is possibly the worst company i have ever dealt with, they constantly let you down on delivery, their customer services are non existent, the only escalation point is their "MD" who never attends the office! and when asked what his email address is, the reply was... "i cannot give out his hotmail email address" it really is the most unprofessional company i have come accross.

Faulty Goods & Rubbish Customer Service!
I’d ordered the single wall corrugated cardboard from their website for packaging for retail orders. Another business had recommended them and I’d in person seen the backs they had received, so thought I’d order a good amount. Looking at the website the product imagery and listing shows professional clean cuts of cardboard, however once my order arrived the state the cardboard was in was absolutely SHOCKING. Clearly faulty from their suppliers. On each side they had been cut with a blunt blade, ripped, torn, pieces peeling off, dirty marks as if they were secondhand. I was appalled but thought I’d reach out to hopefully get replacements and have the faulty items collected, worst case get a refund. Nope. The company initially agreed they weren’t as ‘clean cut as they could be’, and once I’d further expressed they were ALL like this, it was now MY responsibility and at cost to ME to return them as the items were wrongly categorised as ‘unwanted’ as per their T&C’s (which they edited by the way once they sent me the link, and their product listing ((good thing I’d screenshots prior)). The items were faulty point blank. Their customer service regarding the matter showed complete disregard for my issue (which has now delayed a massive retail order for me) and came across completely uninterested. No offer of resolution at all, just pretty much ‘you sort it’. So overall, take it that once they have your money, they don’t care. Anything shown on their website, it won’t arrive as described. I’m now taking matters up with my bank as my emails are being ignored now, and I refuse to accept these as legitimate goods as advertised. Avoid avoid avoid!

I ordered boxes shown to have imporant (generic) info on them, they cam plain and bent in two to save shipping costs (duh). Then they argue about it. REFUND NOW OR SMALL CLAIMS.

We now have a reply from the business which tells you all you need to know, so do read it. Every problem is because of the customer. No attempt to find a solution which suits both parties. Terms hidden in a document. They ignore email contact. Close the phone lines around the deadline for same day despatch. They obvious don't need or want repeat business, because they don't know how to build bridges.

If I could swear on here I would. If I could leave no stars I would. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering from these horrible people. Be warned, they hide behind terms and conditions and will refuse to cancel orders, even when they have not despatched them. There is nobody to talk to except a belligerent 'customer service' person on the phone who will do nothing for you. The Managing Director is not in, apparently...

missing items, and incorrect length
Firstly missing items. Then when I contacted them they sent out insufficient length (20% shorter than requested). Contacted them again and didn't hear back. Contacted them again and they just sent me their returns policy... Gone elsewhere instead

I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order. This company is way below today's standard and should be avoided. I placed my order on 10 May, after a week I inquired about the status, they said they would ask their dispatch team to get back to me (I doubt there is one TBH). Another week passed, no one got back to me so I inquired again. They are "sorry" to hear that my order hasn't been delivered and would ask the dispatch team to "re-send" the boxes again in case the last one was lost. Really? Ok, nevermind as long as my boxes are posted this time. Another week passed, I inquired again and asked for a tracking number if the boxes have been posted, they gave me an Evri tracking number which showed no update for another week, so I contacted them again. They said their dispatch team will call Evri to find out where my boxes are. Come on man, I have used Evri for many years and I know how the system works. I have no hesitation to rate 0 star for this company, the lies have however put them below zero into the negative territory. Shame on you, Cardboardboxes!

Clearly a scam company, ordered early May. Delivery quoted 5 working days, not terrible. Almost a month later, no response. Credit card reversal requested, but incredibly frustrating to deal with. AVOID.
If you have placed an order, make sure you raise with your credit card company and keep timestamps of any contact.

Avoid like the plague! Tried to cancel an order the day after placing it to be told 'we cant do this, read our Terms and conditions.' Fair enough, I should have read them before placing the order. So, after reading the T's and C's, I asked them to alter the order which I thought would be no problem. Nope..... the order is already loaded...how very convenient! I asked them for the courier and tracking details which they never provided and the order finally arrived over a week later...even though they say 5 days in the T's and C's
This is a company that seems to be well versed when it comes to quoting their T's and C's over the phone and I got the feeling that I wasn't the first and certainly not the last to fall foul of them.

I spent over £100 on cardboard boxes. The company sent boxes that were completely different size than what was advertised on the website which was obviously a problem. I then proceeded to call them, spoke to a lady on the phone who said the boxes that were advertised on the website were out of stock and that they had sent different sized boxes out, they didn’t guess to check with myself if that was alright. I have sent multiple emails asking for a refund but they don’t reply, even though it says they reply within 24hrs, total lie. Spoke to the lady multiple times, not helpful at all, seems like they don’t care about customers, very poor customer service. I regret not reading past reviews on here as a lot of them are 1* and obviously there is a reason for that. I repeat do no buy from here, please save yourself and buy elsewhere.

I entered my moving date of 16 May in the Order Notes, as the website states this at checkout, "If your order is required for a house move please enter your Moving Date into the Order notes section to allow us to ensure a timely delivery".
However, despite calling ahead to check if the TV box would arrive in time for my move, I can now see the Evri tracking shows the item was not handed to Evri until 16 May (my moving date), so the company had no intention of 'ensuring a timely delivery'.
Yet, when I called to request a full refund, I was told they charge a £10 admin fee and the return shipping is at my expense because they do not guarantee delivery dates since that's the courier's responsibility (impossible to arrive on time when you don't give the courier the parcel until the requested arrival date). At that rate, I'd be breaking even for this delinquent company.
Not once did the company contact me to flag any delays or cancel, and after reading other reviews I think the box was only sent when it was because I called to check.
Reporting to my credit card to reverse the charge and reporting the company to Action Fraud and Trading Standards. If you've been affected, please do the same to save others from this fraudulent company.

As we are all human and nobody is perfect, I can accept that I misread the line in the company's response about my moving date as ‘did not’ rather than what was written, ‘did’. I take full responsibility for my actions and I have removed the line about ‘lying’ to resolve my mistakes in a reasonable and mature manner. I wish this company would do the same considering I am not the only person who has had issues and mine is minor in comparison with others.

VERY disappointing experience
I had a very disappointing experience. Despite clearly stating my moving date when I placed my order, the box did not arrive on time. I even contacted their customer service to ensure timely delivery, but that didn't help. Upon checking Trustpilot, I found many similar reviews, suggesting this is a common issue. It feels like the company is overpromising and underdelivering, making it seem like a scam.
Contacted for a refund and was told I would need to cover return costs despite their error. Terrible customer service and I would strongly advise avoiding this company and looking elsewhere. I will be reporting the site to the NCSC and I'd encourage others to do the same.

Ordered mid April a custom box for 2 week lead time and 4 weeks later it had not arrived. Despite chasing many times and reassurances it would be ready and then that it had shipped, the day after our deadline, they said it would arrive a week later. It was then useless to us and we had let down our customer. They were vague with information, constant claims of 'we need two check with dispatch' and basically lied. Then refused to cancel order when the box was of no use to us. Still waiting for it to arrive!
Really poor service
Really poor service, £30 order with a £8 delivery charge. It was shipped ( still not delivered) 6 working days after their maximum delivery time. Making it a total of 13 working days before I received the order after the original order date.
If you are in a hurry, forget it.
Awful long times and they don't aknowledge they can't fullfil the order
I was looking for cardboard boxes and I found this website. Really bad of me, I was in a rush and didn't check Trustpilot for a review.
I needed the boxes in 2 max 3 days; I checked their website on the delivery information and found this:

Naively I thought to make the order on Sunday and they would have dispatched on Monday afternoon (I needed the boxes by Wednesday). On Monday evening I send them an email asking for the order and they reply they will work the order in 2-5 days as by their standards; this is not mentioned in their website, they only advise on delivery days based on location; while it seems they dispatch by 1pm from their wording.
On Thursday I asked to cancel the order because it was completely useless to me also if I had to pay the £10 admin fees (another unbelievable cost); they replied they will accept returns as from their policy once I would have my order received.
I received the order after 15 days; this means as by their website they worked the order after 10 or 11 days (delivery takes 4-5 days), hence the first email response I had was a complete lie. They didn't work the order in 2-5 days.
I will ask the Credit card company not to pay this order. Their website seems a scam to get orders in and also their behaviour was no helpful; they could aknowledge their were not going to deliver to me on time and make me the favor, or give the advice, to cancel the order straight away: I even left a note in the order asking to let me have an estimate delivery. Really bad service.
As usual for these cases 0 stars would have been more appropriate
