I sold two Apple gift cards and received an email saying the sale was canceled because I hadn't sent photos of the physical cards, even though they were sent. I checked the card balances and they are no longer valid, and I haven't redeemed them.

My friend recently sold a John Lewis Giftcard to this website because my friend used my bank account and because the name didn't match the account they won't send me the money or give me the credit for the purchase, they aren't replying to my emails so i've resorted to leaving a review (my friend used my bank account to sell the giftcard for me but now your system says the names don't match so i can't withdraw my money nor get a voucher as my friend is not comfortable giving his ID please in the future require ID to be able to sell gift cards as if this was the case i wouldn't have been scammed by your company)

One would always be doubtful of a service like this, but i got the money exactly on the day they had mentioned. I have no complaints nor do i have any reason to downgrade the ratings.

easy transaction

I was a bit skeptic at first as it was the first time using a platform to sell a voucher. The voucher did not sell super quickly but it did in a couple of weeks (It’d be nice to receive a notification when the voucher is sold) and they paid me when they said they were going to (after a 14 day quarantine period). Really recommended

Great website for selling gift cards. Easy upload and payment was prompt once the gift card sold.

Sold xbox gift card. Was easy. Did take a while to sell but when contact cards2cash they was quick to email back and when it did sell was notified. Quick payment into my account. Website could be made easier but manageable to keep track of etc

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I attempted to redeem a £37 Amazon e-gift card voucher on their website, but the code was taken and never credited to my account. When I checked the balance afterward, the voucher had already been wiped. they gave me a canned response claiming the card had 'already been redeemed.' This is a blatant lie—the card was valid right until I put it into their system. They are essentially harvesting codes and then gaslighting customers. This is completely unacceptable. I feel scammed and would strongly advise anyone thinking of using this service to stay away. I have had no resolution from them.

Tried to sell my Virgin Experience Day voucher, Card2Cash couldnt sell it so cancelled, and when Card2cash confirmed they were no longer selling it, the voucher was redeemed by someone. Only Card2cash had the code and pin ?? I didnt redeem it, so wheres my money ??? Scammed, get all your vouchers back before you get scammed too !! looks like its happened to others too !

Update - Virgin have confirmed the gift card was redeemed whilst In their possession.

Sold them a brand new £25 just eat gift card they done all the checks and listed it for sale, then 1 week later recieved an email saying theres no credit on it! I never got paid for the card and lost out on £25. I have contacted them numerous times and they will not refund me after ripping me off! Stay well clear of this company. Absolutely appalling customer services.
