1 penny each and thats when they pay!! Very badly run company. Endless excuses over the years to not take anything AFTER I scanned them. Pretended to be out of business for 2+ years at one point. And today their excuse is ''due to courier issues we are temporarily not accepting new trades'' That one has been going on for more than 2 years yet they stupidly come at the top of google searches????

Echoing the poor experience of other potential customers. I say "potential" in that it was a custom lost due to (1) No Android App being available on Google Play. Why would you continue to advertise this if it does not exist? Why would and who would have the time to sit and manually input 12-16 digit barcodes? (2) New trades not being accepted due to courier issues. Why is this information not placed in a more prominent place - i.e. when entering the website. Just to save people's time (or is it the case that people's time is not respected)?

From looking at past customer reviews - it would seem that both the above issues are not new to Zapper and that this is an ongoing problem.

I will be promptly deleting my account. Cannot waste anymore time with this platform. There are better performing platforms out there that are leaving Zapper in their dust.

App is currently unavailable in Google Play. Typing in 12/13 character bar codes for lots of cds is not an option.

Not currently trading due to a courier issue, it seems. I contacted them to ask when they anticipate a return to trading and received no reply. Won’t be bothering in future and have deleted the app. In any case, any company that chooses to use a notoriously poor courier in Evri, deserves all the problems they experience with them. Evri damages the reputation of every company that use them. World of Books/Ziffit use DPD, which so far have been prompt and faultless.

Great team that really know their stuff, reliable and efficient, highly recommend.

A seamless process, easy to navigate the app and I promptly received payment for books which have gathered dust for years. DVD collection is next!!!

Easy to use the app and send the books but payment is delayed as they say the have a problem with Evri. Judging by the other reviews, I'll be paid eventually. I traded books with We Buy Books at the exact same time and received payment very quickly. I'll stick with them in the future.
