Care is excellent, and I have the best caregiver of all!
However, I find their bookkeeping almost impossible to follow. It would be so much easier if I would get an end-of-the-month statement (like a credit card statement) rather than the bits and pieces of each visit within the month. It is a headache!

The staff at Care Indeed has always been very responsive to our families changing needs. The caregivers are kind, well-trained, and on top of all situations. They stay in touch directly and through the office so that I always know what is going on with my father.

My 95 year old Mother is still getting used to becoming a widow. My Father passed last summer, 2015. They were together 64 years and have been in Menlo Park for at least 80 years. My Mom is proud and determined to stay at home and luckily my Dad made sure we had some resources for that. Careindeed has been so wonderful to my Mom! She has" company" 24/7 and the caregivers have been very attentive and helpful. My sisters and I appreciate the company very much.
