Wonderful experience

Very respectful staff very fare I enjoy working for them going on 2 years no problems never a pay issue sometimes I forget to clock out they make a big fuss I would recommend the company to hard working people that needs home care

My first experience with an agency, so I have no comps, I also have no complaints, my contact person/case manager Gloriana is fantastic, any issue I do come up with is handled promptly and with care. The company gets high ratings from me based on her upbeat attitude and genuine concern for my well-being

My experience it’s excellent good workers and friendly people.

They actually handle everything required to start working in-house, including paying for fingerprints, the TB test, and child abuse clearances—which is very rare to find. Hailum and Lourdes have been extremely helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. Highly recommend for anyone looking to get started quickly and feel supported!

My experience with this company is easy going, communication is never complicated.
The clocking in and out system is easy to use i like how everything is literally a tap away. The staff is very helpful I’m never left confused for any questions ever asked! Side note: My Case worker Diana is always making sure my priorities are met, I love my experience with this company.

Cynthia has been a great help with getting me started, and established with All American home healthcare. She made it easy for me to understand everything that pertains to the job within this particular agency. She's very respectful and extremely easy to talk to. Her customer service skills are top-tier.

I’ve just moved my father in with me at home. Cynthia has been amazing helping us with the waiver process to become an at home paid caregiver for my father.
