Obsessed with my Laurie stool!
Just added the Laurie stool to my space and I’m in love. It filled the awkward empty spot perfectly. I bought it as a stool, but honestly, it doubles as a cute coffee table or statement piece too.
Also, delivery was super quick, couldn't believe it!

Great customer care/service
I had a big g problem with delivery, carme customer team were able to sort straight away and offer alternatives to get the parcel to me for a special day which was amazing. Great customer service!
Only thing I would recommend would be to change delivery service as Royal Mail for big parcels aren’t very good for my area.

Good customer service
Excellent customer service, ordered a mirror, came on time but mirror got damaged while in the courier, emailed Carme Home they were very helpful and polite asked for pictures and sent me another one next day delivery. Definitely will use them again.

Absolutely love my new dressing table
Absolutely love my new dressing table, mirror & chair. From ordering to delivery was only 3 days so very quick there was a slight problem with one of the dressing table legs but I emailed in and received a response super quick from Amos and a new leg was ordered and delivered within 48 hours literally perfect customer service! Would I buy from here again? In a heartbeat! 😉 cannot wait to see it all in place when our bedroom is finished.

Beautiful dresser love it. Delivered very quick and well packaged was worried with it being mirrored glass. Fits the space better than expected. Footstool is a bonus too with added storage. Very pleased would definitely order items again.

Excellent Service
Delivery of items arrived the next day even with standard delivery. The parcels were packed brilliantly as I was a little worried as one of them was a large mirror. Highly recommend as items are well made.

Beautiful products, initially concerned about ordering online without seeing the actual items in a showroom, but read all descriptions and looked at all images before ordering. I have the Elsie mirror and Imogen dressing table now and just waiting to put them in my revamped bedroom. Both really good quality.
Dressing table really substantial, all we had to do was attach the legs. Delivery was quick and with no problems. Would definitely order from Carme again.

Outstanding Customer Service
I bought a vanity table, mirror and stool set, all of which seem good quality, were simple to assemble and with which my daughter is delighted.
There was an issue with the stool and I emailed Carma Customer Services at 8.15 pm and received a full response and details of proposed remedial action in under ten hours, which I considered to be outstanding.
