I have been a regular customer of Carmina for 3 1/2 years. The purchasing experience, quality, and customer service are excellent. Their products arrive quickly in beautiful, sturdy packaging. Whenever I have a question, their customer support has always been quick to respond with answers and solutions. There is real value in their custom program, where they will send photos of leather options, and make very helpful suggestions regarding selections and modifications with the help of their design and manufacturing team. Even minor adjustments to lasts can be requested to help with fit. Once I had a concern regarding a possible defect in the leather of a pair of boots I had received 6 months before, and after sending pictures, and an email exchange, Carmina arranged for return shipping and remade the pair. It means a lot to know they will support their customers even after a purchase.

I've purchased 9 pairs of shoes (and some belts) over a few years through Carmina, from ready made, to custom, and a few Cordovan models. The quality is always exceptional, and the customer service even more so! I've had some issues with a couple of my orders (one even involving a remake), however, every time there has been a genuine issue, I feel safe knowing that it will be rectified. The quality control is generally very good, but the customer service is even better! That's why I keep coming back.

Decided to purchase from Carmina Shoemaker after seeing many great reviews about this company. Since it was an online purchase, we wanted to make sure that sizing is correct. Contacted Carmina many times with our multiple questions and each time, they were prompt in replying and answered our inquiries precisely. Our orders arrived within a week and both the boots and shoes fit perfectly and were of excellent quality. We have decided that whenever we look for shoes in the future, Carmina will be the first shoe company we shall consider.

Shoes are beautiful! Tight/clean welt and seam stitching; cordovan leather is defect free (no stretch marks, no tool marks); Rain last shape is elegant and elevates the casual derby style/hatch grain closer to a more formal oxford style; and customer service communication was excellent. Amazing silhouettes! They get better with age and use. Carmina provides an amazing service as well. Ariadna helped me with getting silhouettes made for a wedding with a deadline. 5 stars!!

Personal and reliable service regarding the exchange of a pair of shoes. It all worked out well, very happy about the result.

Carmina first caught my eye back in 2011 as I walked past their store on Diagonal, Barcelona. Had no other choice but to go in and try their shoes. You could tell that these shoes were made using the finest box calf leather and that the craftsmanship was second to none. The Inca and Balmoral boots are my favorite and I feel as though I'm wearing a shoe fit for a king!

Customer service is second to none be it instore or online. Recently I ordered a pair of Balmorals and had them delivered to Kuwait. Throughout this process I had a wonderful person update me on my delivery from start to finish.

It's a special feeling when you open that shoe box and realize that these are your new shoes! A part of me just wants to look at them for ages, but then my adventurous side takes over and it's time to break them in!

When you wear a pair of Carmina shoes expect people to stop and ask you what are you wearing!

Excellent quality of the shoes. Very good service. Questions and concerns will be answered immediately. The employees are extremely helpful and quickly find a solution to problems. My ordered shoes were delivered via Express, as it took a little longer. I only buy my shoes at Carmina's. I'm absolutely thrilled.

Yesterday I got my 10 years old Carmina cordovan boots back after a complicated repair at Carmina in Inca/Mallorca for which the last was necessary. I am absolutely thrilled what a great job the craftsmen in Inca have done. The shoe is like new - but at the same time the Cordovan leather has kept its beautiful patina. Carmina made me very happy with their service - including packing and shipping and email communication, all "at its best". In email communication, it was noticeable in a positive way that my consultant at Carmina immediately knew what I was talking about. She responded as if she knew not only how to sell good shoes well, but also how a good shoe is made and consequently repaired.

Very efficient service, despite some minors delivery issues not their fault. Quick replies and above all the shoes are great. They deserve more than 5 stars , will purchase again some more as long as they keep the good work

I bought a pair after reading good reviews. I ordered a pair but unfortunately they had some issues: heel was sewn off centre which threw the top of the shoe off balance. Second pair arrived and had same issue with left heel (sewn off centre) and deep "knife" cut on the heel and some brown discoloring on black heel. Overall the shoes feel great, but in this price range their Quality Assurance team should be better in inspecting before sending out. My cheaper loafers never had any of these issues.

Carmina customer service, logistics department and shoemakers have once again proved to be extremely helpful and useful! To cut the long story short, they went above and beyond to help me with an issue I had with a heel on my used Carmina boots. Carmina replaced the heels free of charge and negotiated with the Spanish post to retrieve my shipment, which was stuck in transit for weeks. I am especially grateful to Ariadna from customer service, she is such a wonderful person.

Shoe didn’t fit, had to return for exchange and pay usd $150 for shipping, they don’t cover return shipping … which is really unfair

Not only is the shoe i received in perfect condition and the quality is oustanding, but also have i never witnessed such a good customer service. as the show was still in production when i ordered it, they told me it takes up to 60 days, which shows me the quality and value of the shoe. But as i told them it is a birthday gift, they actually send the shoe after 30 days! thank you so much and best wishes

Lighting fast shipping to the US. Had them within 3 days of ordering. Sizing was consistent with other oxfords I've worn and the quality of the shoe is superb.

Ordered 6-7 times across the years from Carmina. Product is always of excellent quality.

Trying to return a pair of shoes since several month. The parcel arrives in Spain. Customs then contact Carmina. Carmina has to take action to clear the parcel. But Carmina does not react. Customs are then forced to send back the parcel to its destination of origin. The first time Carmina told me, a document was missing therefore they could not accept the parcel. Spanish Customs and the Swiss post told me Carmina did not react upon there requests. The second time I sent the parcel, I again coordinate everything with „Marie“ from Carmina customer support. Again I included all of the documents and shared the tracking number with Marie - all according to her instructions. Over E-Mail I tried to stay in comtact with Marie to coordinate each step. Marie did not answer anymore. Today I received the parcel back. Spanish customs and Swiss postal office are both telling me the same story again. Carmina shoes does not cooperate. I am therefore still waiting vor my refund. It has been 6M now. (…and each time, I have to pay >usd 50.- in patcel fees)

Beautiful shoes and boots, however quality control may not be as good as it should be for the price you pay. Customer service is definitely below expectations for such a brand when emailing the office in Mallorca and they definitely need some training. Customer service in store for me personally was amazing.

Personally I would think twice before getting into the brand as once you make a purchase, exchanging, returns and any issues you may have later on will be a head ache to solve if you are dealing with the office.
