This company has provided me nothing but shocking service. I have had to continually chase for updates on my item for months and then when asking for a refund I never recieved it. I wasn't contacted to be told they had an issue and couldn't refund the original way and needed my account and sort code. I had to chase this again then provided the information. 5 days later and still not money. I am furious with the disgusting level of service this company has provided and they have pushed me past being understanding.

I don’t really write bad reviews however I feel as though this is appropriate. I ordered 2 F1 cars for a gift on the 13th of October as well as Royal Mail 48hr tracked delivery. This order still hasn’t been fulfilled and I haven’t had any email update or notification regarding the processing.
I decided yesterday to cancel the order, it was a Sunday so the email may not have been received until today. However I received an email stating the ‘customer service team is currently unavailable due to a scheduled meeting’.
I would just like to cancel the order and get a full refund.

Ordered from this company model F1 Cars to the value of £155. Order was placed on 14/09 with next day delivery. Never arrived. No contact from them either. Luckily I placed the order through a finance payment group who were informed of the order and disputed the order and payment. The dispute was won because they never replied once to the financiers. If you do get an email from them it is just a generic response. Keep well away. Scam.

We have sent a follow-up request to our supplier to inquire about the ETA for this particular model. As soon as we receive an update, we will notify you immediately. In the meantime, we can ship the remaining models in your order without additional charges. Please let us know if this is acceptable to you.
We have also sent you an email on Tuesday, 15th October, requesting if we can split your order and send the available models. We have not received a response yet, and we would appreciate it if you could kindly reply at your earliest convenience.
