ORDER NEVER ARRIVED - no product or any response even after 4 months!!
Two products were ordered on 22 August 2023 and 8 September 2023 respectively for which payment was taken. To date I have NEVER received either product and nor are they available on the website. I have not had the courtesy of any update and all my correspondence has been ignored. I await a full refund but will unlikely ever receive it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Order has never arrived
Ordered on the 18th December, still haven’t received any of the items, seller claiming something is ‘on back order’ have asked for the 2nd time for my money to be refunded and won’t refund.

A small problem with the courier delayed delivery. They offered to repost on a 1day delivery if not received in the next few days. Fortunately the Royal Mail came through and all was well. Great customer service great product lines. Very happy customer

Disgusting company with terrible customer service
I ordered a bike model. After I paid it said I ordered a different model. At first I thought that I must have made a mistake but when I tried the to order the same bike again I changed again to a different bike on the checkout page. I message the website about cancelling my order 1 minute after the order was placed. They then took about a hour and a half to get back to me and said the order had already shipped. Which was a lie as later when I got the tracking info. I found out the post office did not get it until 2 days after I placed the order. They also messaged me and said that they could send a invoice for the actual bike I wanted (I refuse to give them any more money). Then even worse when the bike did turn up I wasn’t even the one they said I ordered the bike they sent cost way less then what I ordered. I then had to open a PayPal case against them and send the wrong item back. They ignored PayPal they did not respond to any of their messages. They received the bike back from me and still took 3 days to give me my money back. Disgusting company that blames you if they screw up and drags their feet when you want your money back.
In regards to the reply below to little to late. You really think I would every buy from you again. You are living in a fantasy land.
