I had a very positive experience with Caroola, who supported my limited company accounts over several years and then helped me through the final company closure process.

The closure involved final accounts, Corporation Tax, HMRC refunds, Companies House filings, a penalty payment and final strike-off steps. I would especially like to thank Ellie Woods, who was clear, responsive and practical throughout. She helped keep the process moving, explained what was needed at each stage, and made a stressful administrative process much easier to complete.
