Our dedicated accountant is James Brown, and he really is fantastic. Super responsive to any queries that we have, and always happy to help. Having altered the structure of our company we have had many questions this year and nothing has been too much trouble. Highly recommend.

I had an excellent experience with Caroola, specifically with Sarah Lin. Even though my limited company was closed over a year ago, she stepped in immediately to handle some automated tail-end letters from HMRC regarding a P11D and Self Assessment. Sarah took total ownership, dealing with HMRC directly and sorting out the admin quickly and professionally. Top-tier service and complete peace of mind. Highly recommended!

Over an extended period, I have had questions about how my account is dealt and how monetary items are entered also various queries about taxes. Asma has always answered my queries in a courteous and helpful manner- sometimes taking care to explain exactly how things are accounted for because my background is engineering and not accountancy practice. Her written and verbal communication are excellent and timely. I am lucky to have such a great accountant on my business and personal tax accounts.

The website states they deal or help with landlords who have a single property. I have two , so not registered as a business. I contacted them, told them what I had and my requirements, and was put in touch with an accountant the following day. They were quick to respond. However the accountant stated that he could not help as I wasn't a business. They should make that clear on the website, rather than waste my time and energy.

I have been with Caroola and their predecessor companies since 2016, and I would take a lot to persuade me to move, as they're brilliant. My dedicated account Elle Pye is so professional, hard-working and always strives to give me the best advice. She is incredibly efficient and almost gets the job done on-time and to a high quality. I am so please with her as my accountant and I only hope she stays as she knows my business so well and helps out with all kinds of situations. She is a fantastic reflection on Caroola as is her manager Gavin Melville, who is also top calibre.
