Caroola Reviews

We have been using Caroola for several years as our accountants. We receive exceptional service from our dedicated accountant Zach, he is a trusted advisor to our business who not only proactively manages our account but is always on hand to provide advice when necessary, with his significant knowledge and experience we are extremely confident with the information and guidance we receive. Whenever questions or queries are raised these are addressed and responded to quickly and efficiently. We would not hesitate in recommending to anyone looking for a professional accountant.

Having worked with Tim O'Riordan over the last couple of years, I have learned to value his expertise, thoroughness & professionalism when managing my (Mobols Ltd) accounts.
This was especially true when Tim guided me through the closure of Mobols Ltd - into my retirement.

Its a 5 Star rating. Valuable information, immediate response, knowledge. Tasha makes it easy for me.

I’ve had a great experience working with Caroola over the past few years. Their accountants consistently pay close attention to detail and tailor their approach to meet my specific needs. They regularly go the extra mile to ensure everything is handled smoothly and to a high standard.

A special mention goes to my accountant, Bilal Rokad, who has been particularly helpful, professional, and attentive throughout. His support and dedication are truly appreciated.

I would highly recommend Caroola to anyone looking for reliable and client-focused accounting services.

I have used Carola for 5+ years working with Liam has been an enjoyable and professional experience from the initial set up of the company through to trading.
Caroola take care of all the compliance and admin for running the business, allowing me to focus on running my company.
I find the platform easy to use as well with good modern banking interfaces and reports

Been using Caroola for years (Formally Clearsky Accounting) for 14 years as a small SME Engineering Consultancy. Had numerous accountants currently Tim O'Riordan who I cant fault and is worthy of 5 stars.

If I can offer constructive feedback is that I would like my accountancy firm to be more proactive in offering tax advice and ways to optimise, which is critical since I am not an expert.

My personal accountant is very friendly and helpful and tolerates my laziness when it comes to my accounts.

Liam was my accountant for a number of years and I really appreciated his dedication and attention to detail. He was great to work with and I would thoroughly recommend his services.

I had a series of questions around tax, pensions, dividends and the free agent platform. I had all my questions answered clearly with additional valuable information. Liam is great to deal with.

Sarah Lin @ Caroola has been excellent - she is such a hard worker, she should be promoted. Always prompt to get back to me, always clear and concise. She’s shown a lot of patience too - as I have been a first time customer. Thank you!

I work closely with Liam Burns who is my accountant and I can’t recommend him and Caroola finance enough for the accounting services they have been providing me with since last 1 year.
Liam Burns is on top of Companies House and HMRC tax laws. His clarity in knowledge communications follow ups they make is outstanding and keeps me worry free about my tax returns

I’ve worked with Caroola over several years and have found the team to be reliable and supportive throughout my time.

Zach and the wider team have always been responsive and helpful when needed, particularly with day-to-day queries and ongoing account management. Their consistency and willingness to assist has made a positive impact over the long term. Overall the experience has been very solid and dependable and allowed me to focus my intention on business while the team can support the accounts.

Zach in particular has always been positive, helpful and on hand to help - and it's made all the difference.

I appreciate the continued support.

Shaheer Rizvi has looked after my accounts for the past few years. Very professional. Gets things done. Highly recommended.

It just works! Caroola give me all the accounting support that I need for my small business at a sensible and transparent price with consistently friendly and reliable customer service. Eadie Sowden has been excellent throughout and is backed up really well by the rest of the team when she is not available. Eadie guided me through the accounting issues at the early stages of setting up my business and has been a great support as my business has been growing too. Many thanks Eadie and team!

Awwar has been extremely helpful from day one. He has always made himself available via email, calls or Teams. I’m very happy with the service I get.

I've been working with Caroola since I started my business 2 years ago. In November 2025 Tegan Wilson was introduced as our dedicated Accountant and she is brilliant. She is always on hand to keep my records on track and always responds quickly to emails helping answer my questions and resolving my confusion. The app is great but I'm not always good at the bookkeeping, which is another area Tegan has been fantastic. Understanding what I meant to do and helping correct and update records. She has been chasing and resolving any HMRC queries and providing input regarding VAT and expense queries. I'm really pleased with the support I've received as it's allowed me to focus on my own business and the service I provide to my own clients. Thanks Tegan.

Katy, my accountant was amazing. She was very helpful and always responded to my emails and calls. She advised me well and gave me some tips too. Highly recommended her services

Since signing up with Caroola I've felt so much more comfortable about whats going on in the background so I've been able to concentrate on the day job. Liam is always on hand to provide advice or answer random questions I think of and he always takes his time to make sure I'm following along, and that I'm comfortable with the information he's given me.
Prior to joining Caroola I was having conversations with another firm who were just not responsive or helpful. All I could think is 'if this is what they're like whilst they're trying to get me to join them, imagine what it might be like once they've already got my money' - I've not had any of that issue with Caroola and appreciate Liam being on hand if I have questions.
