I’ve had a great and very positive experience working with my accountant - Adam Rae.

Adam Rae has been managing my end to end accountancy services including self assessments, limited company accounting for more than 4 years in a row. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly always takes the time to explain things clearly. His communication style is very prompt and reliable, and I’ve always felt confident that my accounts and tax matters are being handled with great care and attention to detail. His good knowledge on overall accounting aspects have always ensured that all my return and filing is being done correctly as per the guidelines and always well on time.

What I really appreciate is how approachable and supportive he is – no question ever feels like too much trouble. The whole process of working with him has always been smooth and stress-free, which makes a big difference. It is an absolute pleasure working with him.

My dedicated accountant Elliot Perry at Caroola has been amazing help for the last couple years with personal and Limited Company affairs. I was recommended to use Caroola services when doing some contracting work in 2004 and this required setting up a limited company in a short space of time. After finishing my latest accounts and completing my time with their services, I would not hesitate in recommending them. my accountant Liam is a true star. I had a complex set of accounts and provided my information later than ideal, yet he still managed to sort everything out incredibly quickly and accurately. His work didn’t just solve immediate issues — it genuinely helped me plan financially.

Great service coupled with simple explanations

I have been with Caroola for few years now. Our accountant Elle Pye is very meticulous and timely in completing our tax returns (both personal and company). She is always available to take calls and answer all questions with enormous patience. I rate the service highly and recommend Caroola to all in need of accounting and tax services.

Having moved to Caroola in 2025 I am so impressed with how Craig Holland has dealt with the financial turmoil that I was left in .. he has been so supportive and has had to deal with obstruction after obstruction with my previous accountant.
I cannot recommend Caroola highly enough for the support and patience that Craig and Steven Wortley have given me, and who have taken the time to explain my business to me.

Have used Caroola for a number of years and have always been pleased with the service provided. I would recommend James Carrington in particular as he is utterly reliable and transparent when handling any queries raised.

Have been with Nixon Williams and then Caroola for 8 years now. Ellie Woods have been my accountant for quite some and she has provided a great service. The company has been great helping me with not just my accounts but recommendations with mortgage and investments.

Aside from an easy to use platform, my accountant Kayleigh is an absolute star. At times I’ve been very late with providing information to her (my fault) and nonetheless she’s turned everything around very swiftly. The combination of a dedicated (great) accountant and software is excellent.

I really don’t know what I would do without my amazing accountant Craig. He is dependable, trustworthy, extremely knowledgeable, patient and understanding. He always explains complex financial jargon in an easy to understand way so you know what you need to do and when you need to do something by.

Katie did a great as my accountant. She handled multiple company setup well and I felt confident I wasn't missing HMRC deadlines.
