Polite, professional and patient
I had to contact Caroola a few times via email and telephone to ask for help with my Self-Assessment Tax Return. My case was dealt with by Zach Sharkey-Swift. Zach was polite ,
professional and patient. He replied to emails and telephone calls promptly and was a pleasure to deal with.

Excellent service from start to finish
I have been with Caroola for the entire lifecycle of my business, from setting up the company right through to the final stages of closing it down. The service has been friendly and efficient throughout the years. A special mention to Adam, who handled the winding-up process recently: he was incredibly helpful and made sure everything was stress-free. Highly recommended.
