Great experience! John was great and really friendly!

I’ve used Carpet Giant in Orpington four times now, and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. The level of service is consistently excellent, and they really take the time to work with you to get everything just right.

Brandon and Mike, the fitters, were first class—professional, friendly, and made sure I was happy every step of the way. Any issues I had were handled quickly, and they truly went above and beyond to resolve them.

The manager at the Orpington branch clearly understands what great customer service looks like, and Brandly, the salesperson, was fantastic—reassuring and helpful throughout the entire process.

I used them twice in 3 weeks, as they were so good and gave them a additional job in Drewstead Rd Streatham.

Even my tenant was left smiling , happy and completely satisfield with service

If you’re looking for trustworthy, polite, and down-to-earth service, I can’t recommend them highly enough.

From the initial visit to the showroom to Jon coming out to measure up and then the fitters coming out was less than 2 weeks. Everyone was very helpful polite and very pleased with product 100% recommended

The whole experience from start to finish was smooth and straightforward.
The fitter Ryan was outstanding, polite, jolly and a tidy worker. I am elated with the final look and would definitely recommend them to all my friends and family.
Well done

Good service.Good staff

I have used Carpet Giant (Charlton) for the flooring and fit out of my living room, bedrooms and kitchen. My experience with store staff (John) and fitter (Brian) have always been super pleasant and efficient.

Thank you so much for making the refurbishment of my home that little bit easier!

I would not hesitate to return or recommend to others!

Fantastic customer service. Plenty of choice. John was very helpful and patient. We would highly recommend Carpet Giant.

I just want to give a massive shout-out to Dan K and Patrick at Carpet Giant in Orpington for their outstanding customer service.

They have been incredibly helpful and professional from start to finish. For the first time in a long while, I experienced genuine customer service without feeling pressured at any point.

What really stood out was the knowledge, honesty, and care Dan K and Patrick provided. There were no pushy sales pitches—just straightforward advice and a genuine desire to help. They arranged for an estimator to visit our home, took accurate measurements, and then offered us a fantastic deal for carpeting our four-bedroom house. We’re really looking forward to having everything installed next month.

If you’re looking for a truly professional and trustworthy experience when buying carpets or flooring, I highly recommend Carpet Giant in Orpington. They stock an extensive range to suit every taste and budget.

I’ll be wholeheartedly recommending them to all my friends and family.

Thank you, Dan K and Patrick! 👏

All were very helpful - especially John great service - great deal made with me —a pleasure to do business with him

I had been badly let down by another carpet firm, and needed a new carpet urgently before my removers were due to deliver all of the furniture from storage. I was so stressed out, but Theresa from Carpet Giant in Charlton did an absolutely amazing job in sourcing the carpet I needed urgently (she placed the order within an hour of me calling and then stayed on top of it to make sure the carpet was delivered in time), and organising fitters, who got everything done in time. The carpet is beautiful, Diego and his team (the fitters) did an amazing job, and Theresa was so friendly and helpful. Highly recommended! Would definitely use again.

We were greeted warmly and with a smile. Rob gave us all the information we required, and more, but in a really pleasant way. We did not feel under pressure. The store was very clean and well laid out with clear pricing. Rob answered all our queries and we were so impressed that we more or less decided there and then that we wouldn't bother with another quote from any other company. Would definitely recommend.
