The date selector on their website isn’t accurate- I arranged for delivery two days after ordering but was then contacted to say it would be at least two weeks. They then delivered the wrong carpet but labelled as the correct one, so our fitter fitted it. It took over 3 weeks to get the correct carpet delivered, and we had to pay a delivery fee again to get it + another fitter fee, so we would have been cheaper and faster buying from a physical shop. Would not recommend and would never use again.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I ordered carpets and was assured by a very friendly and helpful Akram, that they would be with me by a certain date. They were delayed, so I had to cancel my order and choose a different carpet. Then that one was delayed. It was eventually delivered by complete surprise - luckily I was home. It was delivered hanging of the back of a too short, open flat bed truck and when they were fitted we found they were hugely damaged. Akram advised to allow to settle for a few weeks, but they still look terrible. Actually worse than my old ones and I'm £800 of pounds worse off. My emails are now being ignored.

I ordered and paid for some carpet samples. I got an email saying that they didn't have the samples and they would issue a refund. Two weeks later and no sign of the refund. I emailed them but they didn't respond. I rang them twice but no answer. A month later and still no sign of a refund.

Ordered from Carpets and More Fri 21st August (3 items). First item arrived promptly (unfortunately it was the wrong item!). The second item arrived the following day (at least this one was correct) and the third item never arrived at all. Was told on 29th August that the new delivery would be Tuesday 1st September owing to the bank holiday. Wait in all day 1st Sept, only to receive a call at 3.30pm that day to say it would be the following day. Absolutely ridiculous customer service, wish I never had the misfortune of coming across these people. Twice now I've had to move the carpet fitter, meanwhile house is upside down. Stick to onlinecarpets.co.uk - underlay was more expensive but would have gladly paid the extra to avoid this hassle.

I found Carpets and More on the internet and I was very impressed with their customer service and fast delivery. They are also extremely competitive. I’ll definitely use them again in the future

I discovered this company on a internet search during lockdown when all my local carpets shops were closed. I knew the carpet that I wanted and found it in Carpetsandmore at a very good price. Akram and his team always promptly answered emails and telephone calls and continually updated me about the carpet and delivery. I would certainly use them again for any future flooring I may require, and I would certainly recommend them to anyone who wants good quality carpets at a very competitive price. Keep up the good work.

Thrilled with our new flooring. We bought wood for our downstairs and carpets for our two bedrooms. Service was brilliant, delivery was speedy and they even brought it inside for us. Will be using again for our artificial grass, thank you Carpets And More!

2nd time buyer from Carpets And More - absolutely brilliant service, we have now finished our entire home and they have really helped transform it. We have saved so much money, as well as getting our favourite carpet and wood flooring - which look amazing now that they're fitted. The sample service was great as we could see the floor in our home, and the flooring arrived quickly once we had chosen. Do exactly as they promised. We ordered samples online which was really simple, they arrived next day. My husband and I ordered laminate and artificial grass, had them fitted and they've transformed our home and garden. We asked for them to be delivered a bit quicker as we were on a tight timescale and they lived up to their promises! Will be using again and would happily recommend them, professional service and amazing selection and prices

Had a terrible experience due to the website. Their website has a default selection of colour so when I was ordering and wifi playing up the website got refreshed midway and chose the default colour which I somehow overlooked. I was expecting delivery in 7 days but took 14 days to deliver and then..... wrong colour.
The sales people are pleasant to talk to but asked for half the price of the carpet to change colour, I guess being a smaller company they don't offer customers satisfaction warranty.

Top quality products and service. All our carpets and underlay arrived on time and exactly as ordered, look superb now that they are fitted. Extremely pleased with our order and happy to recommend to anybody.

Extremely pleased with our new purchase. Samples arrived on time, helped us choose the carpet and got it delivered. Delivery was speedy and very helpful, driver called 30 minutes in advance which was very handy. Family and friends have mentioned how beautiful our floors look, we couldn't be happier.

Courier attempted to deliver on the wrong day. On the correct day the carpets were attempted to be delivered without any protective wrapping and the carpets were damaged. The courier would not deliver without help. I explicitly asked if the courier would need help before ordering as I’m unable to help due to a physical disability. As the carpets were damaged it was irrelevant that the courier wouldn’t help deliver. I refused to accept damaged goods and had to argue for my refund. Which took longer than promised.

Fantastic service from start to finish, the carpet we received feels super high quality and having fitted it looks great. Akram provided great customer care and even phoned after delivery to make sure everything was ok. Will certainly use them again where I need carpets, etc!

Couldn't be happier with our purchase. We shopped around online for our hall, lounge and dining room wood floor, so happy we used Carpets And More. Ordered samples which arrived the next day, placed our order after confirming the right colour, and had the delivery 2 days later - even the fitter commented on the high quality materials. Finished product looks amazing and has transformed our home. Will be buying our carpets from these guys and recommending them too!

customer service is shocking! they offer free samples, but when you place an order- you still have to pay. They let you choose delivery date,but it doesn't turn up on selected day. In fact my samples never turned up at all! they choose to ignore your emails. then they finally agree to refund the postage cost and still promises to send you the samples, you never get them anyway! conclusion is no samples and no refund!!
**The refund definitely wasn't issued!
26/04/2021- this is not all about the refund, eathen though I definitely haven't had it! I left this review in September 2018 and 3 years later you decided to reply to this 😂!it's a Joke?! Just gets to show how efficient you are, if it takes 3 years to reply!
