Avoid at all costs. I removed my first review as was asked by manager and promised the stars, all lies.

After sales non existent, don’t answer phone calls or reply to emails. The service here at Kearys after you buy a car is atrocious. I’ve had nothing but problems with my car since I bought it and Kearys want nothing to do with me anymore. Nor will they reply to my emails about another problem with my car that’s still under warranty as per emails from Kearys. I had to start legal proceedings previously. AVOID! Nothing but stress and headaches with a car with 56,000km.

No where to make a formal complaint.
Was spoken to like a piece of dirt by the service “manager” Declan. I hope management listen to his calls.

I’ve tried to make a formal complaint and haven’t gotten any response or acknowledgment from my formal written complaint.

I recently bought a Toyota C-HR from Kearys Carstore in Little Island Cork, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience thanks to Ab. What really stood out was how easy it was to get in touch with him. Anytime I had a question, he was quick to respond and always happy to help. He even made sure the car was held for me while I sorted everything out, which took a lot of stress off my shoulders.

My family has been with Kearys for years—especially my mum, who has always had nothing but positive experiences with them. She’s bought several cars from Kearys over the years and has never once had an issue, which really says a lot about the consistency and trustworthiness of the dealership. That long-standing trust my family has in Kearys played a big part in my decision to go there myself, especially after I had a disappointing and frustrating experience with a previous dealership. I wanted to feel confident and comfortable with such an important purchase, and I knew Kearys was a place I could rely on. I’m genuinely so glad I made that decision, because Ab completely restored my confidence in the car-buying process. His professionalism, honesty, and genuine care made me feel like I was in safe hands from start to finish. It’s rare to find a dealership—and a salesperson—you can fully trust, but I feel that with Kearys, I absolutely can.

Before I collected the car, Ab made sure it was fully serviced and professionally cleaned so it looked and felt brand new when I drove it away. His attention to detail and care for his customers was exceptional.

Overall, Ab made the whole process smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. I’m absolutely delighted with my Toyota C-HR and so grateful to Ab for all his help. I’d highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car – his customer service is top-class!

My partner and I recently bought a car from Keary’s Car Store and we couldn’t be more pleased with the whole experience. A special shoutout to Dylan Feeney, who was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. We also want to thank Joe, who helped us work out a great finance package. Great experience from the minute I stepped into the office in Little Island, Cork. Alan was a massive help and very patient and approachable. I felt I was in great hands from the very beginning right up till collection date of my new car. Alan kept in contact and kept he updated throughout the whole process. Warren in accounts was also a huge help and made my finance process very easy and straight forward. Two great employees in Little Island store.

This is my second car from Carstore Cork. A special mention to Shane and Warren who went out of their way to find me my perfect car. From trading in my old car to having the keys for my new car, was done so smoothly and efficiently. I am so happy with my new purchase and would highly recommend Carstore Cork for your new car.

I had issues with my warranty and I received a quick response and they resolved it in minutes. I had excellent service.

Dug was a fantastic help with picking a car and was there the whole way through. I could not have asked for a better sales man to help me. The finance department are a bit of a joke though took forever to do anything then he went off on holidays and left the lads with a load of work also gave me the incorrect information and left other people sort it out.
