I bought a bracelet for a gift . Then a few months later I noticed $39.95 was being taken out of my account every month. I contacted the company now I am getting the run around and they have not stopped taking it out . I will be contacting my bank and the better business bureau. I should have looked up the company before buying I see this is a regular occurrence with this company.

Impossible to contact. Incomplete details when they put a payment through. Useless to try to contact. Seriously, I could go on and on about how dreadful this company is. If a company uses their payment portal, run.

Ich habe einmal etwas bestellt und jetzt wird mir ein monatlicher Betrag von Fr. 37.70 verrechnet, als Abonnement. Kündigen kann ich auch nicht.

Der ausgewiesene Betrag, die beschriebene Qualität des Artikels und die gesamte Abwicklung des Bestellvorgangs stimmen in keiner Weise mit dem Angebot überein. aus 78 $ werden 132 € bei der Abrechnung. Eine Retoure oder Beschwerde zur Qualität ist nicht möglich da der Hersteller nirgendwo ausgewiesen wird und der Versender CartClick darauf verweist dass Reklamationen nur an den Hersteller gerichtet werden können. FINGER WEG von CartClick!!!

Ich habe noch nie etwas von dieser Firma gehört und plötzlich eine Belastung von € 39,95 über PayPal auf dem Konto. Höchste Vorsicht !

I ordered late at night and expected some sort of delay but everything went through smoothly. The updates were clear and nothing weird happened with payment. It felt more organized than I expected.

Habe auch keine Ware bekommen, das Abo ist eine große Frechheit. Wie komme ich daraus .Hilfe!!!

Habe Armbändchen bestellt und die gleich per PayPal bezahlt, allerdings hat man ohne Hinweis ein Abo abgeschlossen. Sie buchen dann monatlich 39,95€ ab. Hab es erst nach drei Monaten gemerkt. ES IST BETRUG UND EINE FRECHHEIT!!! Finger weg!

In November 2025 I placed an order on CartClick.co for a Bracelet. Buried in my order confirmation was a line item called "Trust Rewards × 1 — Free." I did not knowingly sign up for any subscription.
Starting the same day, my credit card began being charged under the merchant name "Trust Gadgets" (a completely different name from CartClick), making it nearly impossible to trace. The charges continued monthly for approximately 6 months before I caught them:

• Nov 29, 2025 — $51.81 USD (initial order + hidden enrollment)
• Jan 16, 2026 — $29.95 USD
• Feb 17, 2026 — $29.95 USD
• Mar 16, 2026 — $29.95 USD
• Apr 16, 2026 — $29.95 USD
• May 16, 2026 — $29.95 USD

Total: approximately $285 CAD charged without my consent.

When I called the number on my credit card statement (1-833-662-0247), it placed me on hold and then went to voicemail — never once stating the company name. My bank (RBC) confirmed the fraud and reversed several months of charges.

I have filed a report with the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre and sent a formal refund demand for the remainder to CartClick.co.

If you bought something from CartClick.co or any similar site and saw a "Trust Rewards" free item in your order, check your statements immediately for recurring charges from "Trust Gadgets."

You are likely being billed monthly without your knowledge.

It's a rip off. I got scammed and it doesn't do what it says it does. I have been using it for more than 2 weeks and it has done Jack shit. Scammers. and they want more money saying that I signed up for some other things which I didn't. So beware ! I am not a negative person but I sure feel ripped off.

Repeatedly taking $29.95 from my bank, for services I haven't got or had, seems a scam

I got a bracelet black in a red bag and a place mat, witch is for what I dont know its not what its ment to be for your fixing your eyes instead of using glasses. It's not anything but a plastic needed bracelet, so I then the took 3 payments from my bank for same item. Trough paypal, I want all my money back and I will send back the silly bracelet. I await a table to do so. I had to block them from taking any other money from my account. Paypal paid me back one payment as on same day they took money twice and then a few days later they took a 3rd payment.i was well and truly coned out of my money

This company is a total rip off they’ve been taking £32.10 each month for no reason or authority from me . Should be closed down stay away .

Product works as expected, nothing fancy. But the process felt reliable.

Got the cleanser and yeah it’s pretty gentle. Didn’t irritate my skin which usually happens with random products. Been using it daily without issues. Also billing was clear and no hidden stuff which I respect.

Tried it thinking I’ll cancel anyway but ended up keeping it. The easy cancel option made me feel safe trying it. Billing stayed clean the whole time. Kinda rare tbh.
