I am trying to contact cart Cartclick.co in order to cancel an invalid subscription. They have on their website what appears to be a method of contacting them to complain. However, they say my e-mail address is invalid (I have tried two valid e-mail addresses) and that I am not giving them my mobile details in the correct format (but they do not say exactly what format they require). I have tried several options but they don't accept any of them! Clearly this company is intent on scamming potential customers and I shall be contacting my bank to report this scam shortly. I recommend avoiding Cartclick!

Ordered late at night and it still processed quickly. Support answered my question and billing was transparent.

Ich habe ein Armband und einen Magneten bestellt – die Produkte selbst sind nebensächlich. Viel gravierender ist, dass im Zusammenhang mit dem Kauf offenbar ohne meine klare und bewusste Zustimmung ein kostenpflichtiges Abo eingerichtet wurde, über das nun 39,95 € per PayPal abgebucht werden.

Ein derartiges Vorgehen halte ich für höchst unseriös und intransparent. Von einem seriösen Anbieter erwarte ich eine eindeutige und unmissverständliche Zustimmung zu wiederkehrenden Zahlungen – alles andere wirkt wie eine gezielte Täuschung von Kunden.

Besonders problematisch ist zudem, dass keinerlei hilfreicher Support vorhanden ist. Statt Unterstützung zu erhalten, wird man gezwungen, sich eigenständig an PayPal zu wenden, um unberechtigte Abbuchungen zu klären.
Ich rate dringend davon ab, hier etwas zu bestellen. Prüfen Sie jedes Detail äußerst genau – oder sehen Sie besser ganz von einem Kauf ab.

Got the charger keychain and ended up using it more than I thought especially during long days out. Billing was simple and easy to understand no confusion.

Taking subscription from my account everymonth now blocked by the look of things it was a bracelet for stop smoking piece of junk scam

Tried it once just to see and ended up keeping it longer than I expected. No hidden charges and cancellation seems straightforward.

The cleanser feels gentle and easy to use. Also no hidden charges which is honestly a big deal for me.

The product is good but what stood out was the smooth experience overall. No hidden billing issues and good support.

Honestly I check billing more than product these days after one bad subscription experience. This one had no surprises and full control over subscription so thats a win.

This company is unethical, period. They do not meet their commitment to the products they sell. In particular the "love my product" bullshit. The ads are deceptive and the products are not as advertised. and the hidden monthly fee is simply theft IMO. Also, I have been awaiting a refund for over 2 months after contacting them and being promised a membership refund by their support team.

They are stealing money and they lie about the instructions to cancel a membership I never requested. STAY AWAY!!!!

After purchasing a product via Facebook from "Cartclick Co" I started receiving a US$29.95 charge which I DID NOT AUTHORISE!
It appears to be a monthly MEMBERSHIP CHARGE which I DEFINITELY DID NOT AUTHORISE.
Take my advice and do not purchase ANTHING from Cartclick as unauthorised charges may follow.

Gekauft habe ich 3 Magnet Armbänder um 19,90€. Bekommen habe ich 3 Magnet Armbänder um 110,00€,
abgerechnet über PayPal. Weiters wurden mir monatlich 39,95€ für Trustrewards, was immer das ist, verrechnet.
Nichts geliefert, nur in Rechnung gestellt. Das kündigen bei PayPal war auch nicht einfach ( habe gekündigt, Betrag wurde trotzdem überwiesen). Diese Fa. CartClick.LLC ist ein FAKE, Hände weg.

Shipping took a little longer than I hoped, But they replied quickly when I asked and it did arrive. No complaints overall.

Didn't think it would be this straightforward. Ordered, got tracking, arrived done.
