I did not receive what I ordered and now they are trying to charge me a monthly subscription fee. Do not order from them!

The Cust Svc from rep Loren to correct unrecognized charges from CartClick. He was able to assist and clarify. I had not seen the OPT IN for the service and was not sent any info that stated how I could use it, therefore, never did and don't want the service. CC needs to send an intro notice and make it more obvious.

Add my name to the list of people who saw a $29.95 charge in addition to a charge for some merchandise I ordered. When the person I called explained to me what it was (something called Trust Rewards that is supposed to give you discounts at places she listed where I don't shop), I knew I would not have ordered that because I hate all such schemes. She said I checked a box, and if so it was a box that was too easy to check without any actual explanation of what I was purchasing. They did refund the money, but I would certainly never do business with them again and I suggest you don't either.

Don't order anything from this company. I ordered a bracelet and the amount was taken out of my account on the 3rd of June. I checked my credit card account this morning to see that they had taken more money out. When i investigated it, i was told that i had signed up for a membership when checking out which i certainly had not. I'm infuriated.

I forgot the young ladies name, but she helped me out. I really appreciate her customer service. She was awesome.

Don’t use this website! SCAM! My mum ordered some cheap bracelets on Facebook through this company which NEVER arrived and they have charged her twice (last month and again today!) in USD $26 which is $48 AUD despite my daughter contacting them last month asking to cancel the subscription she did NOT sign up for! BE AWARE

Had a minor issues with tracking (turns out it was the courier's fault), but CartClick stayed in touch the whole time, updated me every step of the way, and even followed up after delivery to make sure I got it. That’s how you earn a loyal customer.

I haven't received my order yet but so far customer service has been outstanding. I will update again when i get my order.

My order got damaged in transit, and I expected the usual runaround... but nope. I sent a photo and they replied within a few hours with an apology and a replacement already on the way. No hassle at all. That’s what I call proper service

Andie was really great and amazing and she was able to help us with the reversal of the charges!! She was very helpful and very kind. Hoping to have more agents like her! She's a gem.

I have not received any products yet, but Angie with Customer Service was able to help me confirm my purchase was completed. She was very helpful and friendly.

Being charged for nothing they are scamming

I made a purchase in April for 3 bracelets and they charged me $8.85 for some express shipping (when i check out, it did not even give me the shipping option), and 2 weeks later, I got a $29.95 charges in my account for no reason... In fact, when i made my purchase, i did not even know which company handle the shipping, i think that online store simply partner with Cartclick to sell a cheap product and force us to ship using this company at a extreme high cost

Money taken from my account and I have not ordered anything. SCAMMERS all of them

I purchased jumper and 2 caps. Wanted to be flight delivered and paid that charged. Arrived today after 29days. But my bank account twice scammed fir money i didnt ordered. Wrote to company no responce from them yet.Dont use please.

I am writing yet again. Never received by initial order refund. Now they simply ignore my emails. Doubt I'll get my 85$ back. Reporting to BBB And everyone else who was scammed, should do the same!

I received an item today (7 Apr 25) that I ordered on 3 Jan. It had no relationship at all to the item I ordered. I am very disappointed. Didn't know companies were allowed to do that

In the first place I was charged for Express Shipping and insurance which I did not ask for. According to their tracking my bracelet was delivered, however it was delivered to Richmond, Virginia. I live in Staten Island, NY. Not even close. I have sent them several emails with screenshots of the charges as well as the map which shows (not the address) just the location which clearly shows Richmond Virginia. They send me a screenshot of my shipping address which clearly states Staten Island, NY. After multiple attempts to email them they no longer respond. I believe this is a scam and the only one this bracelet brings luck to is ClickCart because they are making the money! DO NOT ORDER - IT'S A SCAM!!!!!
