I never got a confirmation on my order yet. Put in complaint but hey are busy and wont reply for 24-48 hrs . So not sure if it’s legit or not. Why is Facebook allowing these type of products that are questionable and that are from way across the world and take 2 month to receive your order. Not to mention this site does not have a number o contact rather than some slow ass email that takes days for response?

Everything They said my package was delivered They tried to show me a picture where they delivered it to But they got a old Google picture of the Address and keep Trying to say they delivered it when the picture they showed me doesn’t even look like that now

I was expecting a preloaded HDMI device with 1000s of channels. I got a casting device with no channels!!
Stay well clear of these scum bags. I'm going through PayPal to raise a dispute and refund. 🤞

Wouldn't connect to internet signal. Spent hours trying to install. Help was to redo same same thing over and over with no resolution. Scam Product in my opinion don't waste your money $$$ I fell for ad Spent 165.75$ for nothing. Don't Buy

Their products are made in China. They are shipped from China. You have 30 days from PURCHASE to return them, coming from China counts. If you return it you have to pay for the shipping and tracking back plus 20% restock fee. I bought the "Wireless Display" when I got the package and saw the video all with Chinese writing and English in captions. I knew I did not want to hook that up to my internet, my tv or any other electronic device. I am in the nightmare of return right now. So they make money no matter what. Product returned or not! Do not buy from this company.

I ordered the castview for $54+ and apparently it ended up being a recurring charge. It isn't what I thought it would be. It doesn't work the way it is advertised.
I'll never order anything else from clickcart, I hope you don't get scammed like I was

Do not buy from this company castview" is a scam, I received 2 squashed empty boxes. From China. I paid £85.81. Threw PayPal. Don't know if I'll get my money back, PayPal are asking me for affidavit? Probably cost me more than I paid! "Be careful don't get Scammed by CARTCLiCK "

Choices were 1 only or multiples at varying discounts.

Arrived with packegeing squashed,however internally appeared ok.
Checking later my account, it appears I was charged more than once, way more than previously stated.
I ought to have checked. Product as advertised does not appear genuine. Bogus Bogus Bogus..........

Don't buy through Cartclick. They mislead you with product capability, they purchase the item from China for an extremely lower price, then charge you a much higher amount. You have to wait 15 days or more to get product delivered from China. Their return policy is within 30 days of purchase with shipping, and re-stocking fees, if you can get them to respond to a request for a refund. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. LESSON LEARNED. I learned the hard way.

Purchased, box came damaged request refund had to send to Great Britan-yeah sure I will... cost to ship was more than the $55.00 price I paid, And to make matters worse the unit had original SHIP FROM address of Rancho Cucamonga Calif. PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT this seller Bad-BAd-BAD!

Total ripoff. Asked to return. United KINGDOM! Cheapest cost was 75.00. That's what I paid. They would not respond to my dissatisfied comments about returning cost. First time with them. Won't order ever from them again!

I cannot say anything good about this experience. I was supposed to be able to get 100s of tv channels free with these (5--1 for each tv) CastView 1080P antennas. It turns out they only mirror what is on your phone. This was totally unacceptable...not what was advertised. I paid $162 for them and they arrived from Jerry (001) - YASFBARA, 9208 Charles Smith Ave, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730 via USPS. I emailed the company explaining the situation and asked for an address for a return (they had a 90 day full refund guarantee, so I thought I was safe ordering them.) They responded with a refund address in the United Kingdom and said they had to have tracking. I was appalled, but went to the post office with this lightweight little package was told the cheapest was $30.This had tracking but only until it left the U.S. They suggested UPS or FedEx. I was going to UPS anyway so checked it. Their price was over $100.00! I had emailed ClickCart asking why they wanted them returned to UK when they came from California. Also asked what was this Jerry address because I had read that it was probably a scam! No answer on Jerry, but said it was in the terms when I purchased the product. I've read the Terms...no mention of having to return to UK! But lots of disclaimers...they take no responsibility for anything, but do penalize 20% in situations. They said they don't usually do this but would offer me a 25% refund. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

The castview dongle is a total rip-off. When I received it I went to activate and that web page was totally bogus. Nothing worked as advertised and I emailed cartclick immediately for a refund and that is a total rip-off. Very clever using a U.K. address trying to use up refund time. And to add insult to injury they charged me for a second one I did not order! So take my advice as well as others on this page avoid this company like the plague.

This product and company are a scam! The Castview product DOES NOT WORK as advertised (IT'S NOTHING MORE THAN A REBRANDED CHROMECAST DONGLE) and returning it for a "no risk full refund guarantee" is prohibitively expensive as they mandate the return go to a UK address. They deserve a zero star review! SAVE YOUR MONEY, DO NOT PURCHASE!

This company is a ripoff, the item I ordered didn’t work as advertised and I could have gotten it on Amazon for half the price. Their return address is in the UK, would have cost me just about what I paid for it to send it back. I threw it in the garbage, a lesson well learned, read reviews before buying!!

they jacked up the price from $24.95 to $61.81 on my credit card. item does not perform as advertised. got no signal on the antena connection on my TV. I have notified the FBI about this scam

I ordered 2 CastView products. The operating instructions did not make sense and the units did not perform as advertised, i.e, these did NOT provide free access to TV channels or streaming services. These are SCAM products.
I opened a case with PayPal and eventually I received a refund, however I had to return the units to the UK and the shipping cost was expensive.
I read the reviews on TrustPilot. It would appear that the positive reviews are false.
UPDATE; They have removed the PayPal option from their order forms. This means there is now less protection from these scammers ... BEWARE !

I ordered the castview from cartclick and the website said you can get all these premium stations with other stations free. When i received the item it was simply a casting device for you phone to the TV. No stations were coming through except what you are screen mirroring from you phone. Very misleading in my view. I wasted $61 on this item. When I wanted to return it, they took about 5 days to respond to tell me how and then told me i had to pay return shipping to the UK. At this point I figured I was basically scammed and had to take my losses. They probably stay within the law but this is a very misleading ad in my view. Be aware that this only gives you the ability to cast from your phone to your TV, which most already have that capability. Frustrating!

I ordered a so called Wireless Display. That's what it's called in the box. First of all they tricked me into buying 2 of them. They said they would send tracking info but never did. They never returned my phone call. I received this so called antenna on 8/10/2024 from USPS. This piece of junk doesn't work at all. The box was smashed, no paperwork or bill or instructions. All l want is my money back.
