DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
I purchased three pairs of "orthopedic" sandals . First one pair on 5/22/2026 then a week later two more pair ordered on 5/27/2026, BEFORE receiving first pair of shoes. Received a confirmation of order quickly however weeks passed before any shipping information or tracking was provided. When tracking number was provided there was some note it was changed from some initial tracking number I had not received.
Getting suspicious I did a deeper dive on company and read enough bad reviews about products never being received, poor quality of anything actually received by customers and returns costs more than cost of products purchased. I immediately emailed company and canceled my second order of two more pair of shoes BEFORE getting any notice of second order of two more pair being shipped. After canceling second order I received a notice from Cartnov they could not stop second order and were shipping additional shoes.
I just received first pair of sandals on 6/15/2026, more than 3 WEEKS later from an address in China!. They were of poor quality and fit. The top of the sandal was so big there was a gap of almost 2" and there was no way this "orthopedic" sandal would not just slip off your foot if you tried to walk. The return policy offers NO Guarantee they will receive the product, requires tracking you can follow unlike what they provide to customers which is useless, requires customer pay for returns and also purchase insurance and previous complaints indicate a foreign address is provided for returns that costs more than the product delivered!!. This is a scam!
