I bought a ap200 from them which is faulty but the won't even answer emails to get things fixed or a refund an utterly appalling company that once sold the product don't want to know you. Steer clear at all costs

Trying to contact this company is a nightmare the people dealing with any complaints or issues with item goes through Evri which is Hermes originally we have a missing part & trying to sort it is beyond logic

They are not genuine products and will not be covered under any european warranty.
Some features wont ever work and all repairs (and they will need repairing) have to be done in China and buyer pays all postage ( and they probably wont return it fixed).
I ordered a launch diagnostic tool. Never received and can't get a refund. Please avoid this scammers.

Is good expirienc .Fast response .Can actuali speak with seler and is in contact with you if you need them. I work with them fore 2 yeare naw and will order from no one else. THE BEST IS THAT they have good product that actuali works with no problems.

Hdd with ista-p requires new activation- support does nothing - no help- very disappointing

I have made many purchases over the last 2 years and they have not let me down.. if customers need to know if a tool or machine is genuine ..ask them ! They have always told me the truth

When I read the below reviews I had to scratch my head and wonder if they were talking about the same company!
I purchased a Autel Maxipro unit from cartool a couple of weeks ago, Well I used their uk website and paypal, the unit was very fairly priced and much cheaper then other outlets,
It arrived the next day via royal mail
The unit updated to latest software, i have used it on 4 different cars so far and have had absolutely no problems what so ever!

It is a great bit of kit and I can only recommend this company for their help in advising me about what the unit is capable of beforehand via whatapp

I managed to cancel my order before dispatch, BUT I HAVE NOT MANAGED TO GET A REFUND. EVERY DAY I EMAIL AND FOR A FEW DAYS THEY SAID THEY ARE GOING TO REFUND, BUT THEN THEY STOPPED REPLYING. PAYPAL HAVE BEEN INFORMED AND ARE TRYING TO GET MY MONEY!

A fake company. Contacted Autel and they do not supply to cartool.co.uk and confirmed the units sold here are indeed fake/copies. Fraudulent activity.

cartool.co.uk are a scam using paypal to skip merchant account insurance for customers, they either send 80% non-functional clones or nothing at all. Do not use just because they're cheaper. Their company is unregistered. Paypal do not refund. Possibly connected to autelstore.co.uk that also sell non-functional cloned products. The scam is sophisticated with the android devices appearing to 'function' but useless compared to a genuine unit.

ordered a tool, and they stoped contacting, just ignoring any mesages, and on facebook they already have bad feedbacks
