I ordered from Cartridge World Mt Gambier online on one day and received my toner cartridge the next. My order was also followed up by a courtesy call from Mt Gambier Cartridge World to advise that it had been despatched. Absolutely outstanding service!

Commendable post-sale customer service
The post-sale customer service was extremely helpful. Cartridge World was able to diagnose the issue that I was having with my printer which lead to an effective solution. They even followed up to make sure that there was no further issue. I'm very grateful.

I bought the compatible HP Tricolour HP…
I bought the compatible HP Tricolour HP 62xl. The yellow does not work. I've used the cleaning cycle on the printer about 12 times. I've set it in warm water for 2-3 hours but still nothing. I've got it in a cleaning solution now to see if that gets it going. So I'm frustrated!

Shipment issues
1) The address did not have the company name. Hence was not delivered to the office. I had to go to the Australia Post parcel centre and collect the toner. We always have posts/parcels delivered to our office.
2) The tracking system is non-existent. Had to message through your website to find out when our parcel is coming.

One of the items I ordered on line was…ink for my printer
One of the items I ordered on line was not available, however, a staff member was able to ring me and explain the situation and I was able to change my order so that I still ended up with the products I needed and was able to organise payment for the new items separately.
I was very pleased that I did not miss out on items I needed to continue to use my printer.
