I ordered 7/6and haven't heard anything or seen anything since! No shipping info, no delivery! I guess I'll have to cancel the payment with PayPal tomorrow!

Luego de realizar la compra fue imposible comunicarme con alguien, no pude retirar el pedido. Los canales de comunicación no sirven (mail, llamadas, whatsapp).

Nice online experience. Fast shipping. Good comms. Florida company. Great selection.

The process was easy but there was a wrong item was delivered. I understand things can happen. They responded promptly and accepted their error and then they provided a follow up return instructions to resolve the issue. A very good service. So, I gained my confidence that I can keep shopping my padel items at this place.- Selena

Nobody answer calls or e mails … trying to pick an order and there is no one to contact … 👎🏻

Placed my order over a week ago and still don’t have a tracking number. Aside from a generic response to my inquiry that was never followed up on, I have had no communication from Casas Padel. Your telephone numbers don’t work either. Starting to sound like I’ve been ripped off and I need to report it. You were quick in charging my credit card.

Please reply to the chargeback email that I sent. A Shopify collective order was fraud and now I’m getting charged $450 for the order. I’ve sent multiple emails.

Jamás obtuve atención al cliente de ningún tipo, tuve que ir 3 veces hasta el warehouse para realizar el pick up. Les envié mails al único contacto que la tienda provee en caso de necesitar ayuda. No me dieron ningún tipo de ayuda, fue una pésima experiencia, jamás volvería a comprar en esta tienda.

The costumer service is really bad, I tried to contact casas padel through email or phone and no one answers.

I have made several attempts to contact you regarding order #12484 being incorrect. I was sent the incorrect color for a NOX bag and am looking to have the correct one shipped.
I have tried web submissions, several emails to different email addresses. No response.
Previously my experience with Casas Padel has been fantastic. I am not sure what has happened here.

The Set rackets from CasasPadel are a great deal.
You do not have to spend a lot to get a good racket. Start with CasasPadel. The Nox transparent racket protectors are also recommended.

The paint was chipped one side, color and surface texture was different from a version that was purchased directly from the manufacturer.
