I bought a padel racket online, it came out defective, and there's no way to contact them. The WhatsApp line doesn't exist, nor does the phone number listed on the website, and they don't answer emails. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

I bought a discounted Padel racket and the order was cancelled by the shop after it was confirmed. The message mentioned that the order had been cancelled at my request, which is untrue.

Whatever you do. Do not. I repeat do not order anything from this website. They are unresponsive to emails, texts, WhatsApp’s, online forms. This is by far the worst customer service and experience I have ever received from any online retailer, ever. Bar none. Do not buy anything from this place. Complete joke of a business.

I strongly do not recommend to buy in this store.

I had a great experience shopping with Casas Padel and will definitely be shopping there again. Customer service was very good when one of the items I ordered was out of stock.

Customer experience effort.-

Order wasn´t delivered on the date it was supposed to.- Tried to contact the seller trough the shop app, mail, whatsapp and instagram and didnt recieve an answer.-

Couldn´t cancel the order.- After delivery they contacted me to see what was wrong with my purchase.- I appreciate the effort to remend errors.-

Custommer experience needs to be upgraded.

It's a scam. I bought two racquets and I only received one. Trying to contact with customer service during more than one week through email, whatsapp and website chat but nobody responses. Avoid.
Update: After 2 weeks I have just received the second racquet. I'll change my review but customer service is still missing.

You dropped my order at a wrong address and I didn’t recieve it and sent may emails and no response , I need a refund ASAP
