Sells COUNTERFEIT Apple cases
Company claims to be selling genuine Apple cases. Bought two in colours no longer available for my 16 Pro. Cases came in clear plastic, no official box. The inside lining peels and folds as soon as you put the phone in the case, and there’s no colour matching MagSafe animation that you get with the genuine cases. I have two I bought from the Apple Store so I can make comparisons. The fact this company is charging £30 for this kind of fake tat is disgusting. I’ve also reported them to Apple. I’ve disputed my order with Klarna and requested a return. To make matters worse, these dirty scruffs have disabled their returns portal to make it even harder for anyone to return their orders. They had better send me a returns label because I’m not paying to send this counterfeit trash back to them.
EDIT - company refunded me without even expecting me to return the cases. I provided them with evidence of the cases being fake so they can take it up with their supplier. The refund was handled promptly. I am leaving the review at three stars as I wouldn’t expect a company like this to be selling fake Apple cases but I can definitely give three stars based on their customer service and determination to rectify the issue.

We can confirm that our returns portal is fully operational, and we have also let the customer know that no return is necessary in this case.
Unfortunately, as a dispute has been raised with Klarna, we are unable to process a refund independently while that process is ongoing — this is to protect the customer from any risk of double charging. We are committed to ensuring this is resolved as fairly and quickly as possible.
We appreciate the feedback and are sorry we fell short of the standard our customers deserve.

Web site clear and easy to follow. Dispatched and received mag safe phone case quickly from point of order. Solid, nice looking case which I can confirm protects a phone having already dropped it on hard ground! Competitively priced and fits phone perfectly. Will use the organisation again.

Excellent iPhone 16 case
The iPhone case is made in soft leather and I picked the dark teal colour. It has two useful pockets for the storage of plastic cards. I was kept informed of delivery updates. Very pleased with the case and services of Case Monkey.

False promises
On the 5th March I ordered an IPhone 13 Pro protective case. A week later I checked my emails as I hadn’t received the order, nothing from case monkey. I emailed them to chase up my order, two days later I received an email saying the item I had chosen was very popular and they expected a delivery on the coming Wednesday, I waited but another week had passed so I emailed again, I got exactly the same email as the previous week, word for word. I cancelled my order on Wednesday but as yet have not received a refund

I purchased a new s25 Ultra case from…
I purchased a new s25 Ultra case from this company. It states it typically takes 1-2 days for delivery on their website. Now a week later after purchasing a case from this company I have still not received anything. I have reached out to Case Monkey who did come back promptly only to be told that I purchased through a third party?? What??. I have raised a question regarding this why I wasn't told this when purchasing through their website thatt this would be the case and I've also requested a full refund.
Guess what? Yep no response!!
I will not be buying from this company in the future and will be advising my family and colleagues of my experienceces also. This is disappointing as they seem to be a family business and it hadnt originally been my intention to leave a bad review.
