Just bought Apple Pencil Pro. Won’t charge and after deep research it’s clear it’s old stock and the lithium battery has been dormant for too long and past the stage where it will charge properly. I gave them the change to help but just get the copy and pasted technical answers. They even said to make sure I was using a genuine Apple Pencil??? They sold me the b####y thing so they should know!!
£80 down and very angry. Tried calling the company but the number isn’t accepting calls. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

I ordered an iPhone case from iPro Store recently and honestly the quality surprised me.

The case feels very premium in hand, fits perfectly, and the buttons are soft and responsive unlike many cheap cases online. The MagSafe connection is also strong and works exactly as expected.

Delivery was quick, packaging was clean, and overall the whole experience felt much more premium than most accessory stores I’ve tried before.

Definitely one of the better Apple accessory stores I’ve ordered from in the UK. I’ll probably order more colours soon.

They also mentioned that the original samples they had received appeared genuine. As a solution, they offered to send another Apple Pencil Pro from a trusted supplier at no extra cost.

The replacement arrived within 48 hours. The packaging looked extremely convincing, so I decided to verify it directly with the Apple Store — and they confirmed that the replacement product was genuine.

The situation was definitely a hassle at first, but the way it was resolved showed professionalism and good customer care. Mistakes can happen with marketplaces and suppliers, but what matters is how a company responds, and in this case they handled it properly.

Ignore all positive reviews as these are fake. This website sells replicas from china which is why shipping takes so long. I’m currently in the middle of a fraud case with my bank to get the money back, save yourself the hassle! Avoid at all costs!

Ordered a MagSafe wallet to attach to iPhone, order came in the specified time, however it is faulty, and will not pair to phone.
I emailed their support team immediately and was told a returns shipping label would be issued. Over a week later and a further email sent, I am still waiting for the shipping label.
They have replied to second email and told me not to worry?? I’m not worried, but frustrated as I would like a full refund for a faulty item.
I would not use this company or recommend them!

Ordered apple pencil 1st generation and non of the accessories came with the product. Also, the pen is totally fake because it doesn’t pair with the ipad like it is supposed to be and had to pair through bluetooth.
I tried to contact the company to return my order and still haven’t heard from them.

Everything arrived sealed and brand new exactly as described.

Fast shipping and the packaging was very professional.

The item they sold was fake. Their website lists their Apple products as "genuine", but this is false advertising and extremely dangerous/ illegal.

I ordered an Apple silicone case, and immediately knew it was fake due to the packaging, lack of MagSafe animation when putting the case on, and inner-case text font. What this company is doing is fraudulent and they should not be allowed to operate.

I tried contacting multiple times with no response. Only after threatening legal action did they provide a full refund. I have also reported this business to my bank.

AVOID, and always approach caution with any other websites which completely brand themselves as genuine resellers.

We got the case late but extra bonus screen protector as a gift the preorder wasn't on time but this gift made my day many thanks

I bought a first generation apple pencil from this company on the 4th of March.

It did not have pressure sensitivity function, so I contacted ipro store.

They were difficult to contact as the webform does not submit, and the phone number does not work.

Their 'expert' told me the 1st apple pencil does not have pressure sensitivity.

I referred them to both their own product page, and to an official apple source stating the 1st gen pen does have pressure sensitivity.

They said they would send me details on how to return the item and have not done so. As of 25th of April still no way to return this faulty item

I have had to issue a chargeback with my bank.

The apple store told me it is fake. I will be opening a case with action fraud.

I expect the response to this review will be them telling me to contact them for information on how to return it - and then they will subsequently ignore my emails. If they ever do allow me to return their faulty item I will update the review.

Great experience, had an Apple pencil was not charging well, and i contacted the support they offer replacement within 2 days.

The experience was good but not 5 stars because of the pre-order toke more than expected but finally it arrives.
