Dear Moira,
Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback. I'm so sorry that you weren't happy with the sizing of the caps. We haven't had issues previously with sizing on the caps as they come from a large well-established supplier. I'm wondering if a cap had the wrong size label attached to it possibly. I will email you to learn more about the problem and resolve.
Best wishes
Jenny

Fantastic
The quality of material of the jacket is fantastic. The fit is perfect and the note I attached to my order requesting extra lettering on the back was noted and done. We will definitely be ordering again.

Dear Maria,
Thank you so much for taking the time to provide feedback on your order. I'm sorry to hear the fit of the jacket wasn't right. The sleeve length of our adult small size jacket is 57cm which matches that of a Levi's trucker small size jacket. However, if that is too small then we'd be happy to exchange the jacket for the next size up - a medium. The sleeves on that are 4cm longer at 61cm. Please do let us know if you'd like to go ahead with that. Best wishes Jenny

Have ordered several items and even those with sequins that you’d expect would wear or fade are still like new. Would genuinely highly recommend
