Received great service from Divia at Watch Doctors. She managed to locate and acquire a replacement watch strap for my vintage Gucci, which I'd been told wasn't possible at every other specialist place I tried, and the technician fitted it perfectly. I'm so grateful as the watch has great sentimental value, I've been wearing it for 40 years and can now continue to do so. Would highly recommend Watch Doctors, I'm so glad I found them, and wouldn't go anywhere else now.

Watchdoctor managed to replace cracked glass on watch with oval glass that they cut from round glass as original shape no longer available. All sorted in couple of weeks with great result. Appreciated all responses from Watchdoctors during process. Would recommend highly.

WatchDoctors fixed my nearly 20 year old Raymond Weil watch which was a gift from my daughter and of sentimental value. Highly recommend Watch Doctors - I have used this company a couple of times and most recently I needed to get my Rolex Datejust serviced, so trusted them to do the job. This was done for less than half the cost of a Rolex service (and many other independents), with a turnaround time months shorter than I was quoted anywhere else. The team were so responsive and took the time to explain the level of refurbishment needed, and helped me make an informed decision on how much polishing/finishing the watch needed. It came back quickly, and safely, spotlessly clean and beautifully serviced.

Great company to deal with, they gave a quote for service and repair of my Rolex which was much lower than sending it to the manufacturer. Communication at every stage was excellent and the work was carried out to a very high standard. When my watch was returned it was like new. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

Had a fantastic service from these guys - sent my wife’s Chanel watch for repair - wrote requesting a quote - received a quote by return email - sent the watch by post on Monday; they acknowledged receipt the following day - on Wednesday they confirmed the repair had been done and received the watch back on Thursday of the same week - a first class service than you

Sent my wife’s Rado for repair. Quote was lower than others, communication excellent, dispatch was straightforward, repair completed two weeks sooner than quoted, and watch returned repaired, serviced and cleaned within 24hrs of easy online payment. Excellent! Would strongly recommend!

We sent two watches to "Watch Doctors" that we had been told could not be fixed. Watch Doctors proved the "experts" wrong. They fixed both watches - one vintage and one a bit more modern - at a very reasonable price and in a surprisingly short space of time. We had to send one back (my fault!) and they sorted it out under guarantee. Brilliant company, we would happily recommend them to anyone.

The main thing is that they did an excellent job! My 25 yr old automatic watch needed servicing. It took several weeks but this was made clear up front, and the work was done slightly ahead of when they said. Although it is an inherently expensive kind of service, the price was very competitive and I thought good value. When the watch came back it was, I think, better than it had been when new. If you phone them, a person answers and is able to help you with your query. An excellent service all round.

Fantastic service, sent off two watches, arrived in good time, customer service was more than happy to deal with my further enquiry, my watches were repaired immediately, an invoice was emailed to me outlining work done and cost, I paid, and my watches were back with me the next day...and the lady from the CS team knew who Doug Judy was lol....

My watch stopped so I sent it to Watch Doctors for a service and repair. The price was way cheaper than sending it to the manufacturer (and turnaround was much quicker too).
It came back looking great: as well as the service they'd given it a clean and polish, and it keeps better time now than it did before (it's an automatic watch, it used to lose a second every few days - now it's more like a second every week or two).
I'm very happy with the service, price and speed, and WD will be my first port of call for any future watch-related needs I have!

I’ve just picked my omega sea master professional 300 M back from a major service/overhaul. When I took the watch to them the watch was in a very sorry state. It had a lot of use over the years.
