I was a little sceptical at first to get my Rolex serviced by an Internet company.
However all went extremely well and quick.I was kept informed of progress by very courteous staff.The watch was returned beautifully polished and already I notice that its automatic winding has improved. The price was half that of an official agent. Time will tell!! But for the moment I can willingly recommend.

Fast turn around, easy to deal with straight forward process and exactly what was said has been done. Would definitely recommend and deal with again. Felt that the price was also reasonable for the full service as it included the collection and return by secure delivery service.

Hi My experience was a total nightmare I sent my Cartier in and although I chased from time to time the feedback was rubbish
I finally chased again and I received a voicemail for Jodie who told me Cartier had discontinued the part
My view is that this is a small operation run by a few people with a big presence on social media and that Cartier will not deal with them

Superb service at a fraction of the price normally paid with Breitling. Watch sorted and returned in nice pouch, carefully packaged and by courier service within a week. Also looking like new. Breitling have had it for months previously. I was nervous to try this service but absolutely chuffed and will definitely use from now on. Excellent customer service and fair rather than exhorbitant pricing. Thank you very much.

From going online and arranging pick up of my watch and the subsequent repair and sending back was easy. Comms with "Fixmywatch" was excellent with emails advising when they recieved my watch, when the repair would be done, advising that my watch was fixed so I could pay, and an email advising that package had been sent back along with a tracking number. Excelent service all around and can't recommend them more highly.

I highly recommend Fixmywatch, the whole transaction was effortless. Collection was arranged from my workplace within 2 days. Battery changed, tested and all posted back within the week. I will definitely be using them in the future!!

I’ve been really impressed by the service from start to finish. I have just had my watch returned and I’m delighted - it was packaged thoughtfully, cleaned beautifully and working like a dream. The original request to collect the watch was very easy and extremely helpful. The watch was collected on the date requested and returned duly repaired 7 days following collection.

Process clearly explained, company kept me up to date with progress and delivery back to me.
