Very easy and quick turnaround

Good communication throughout using DHL couriers.
The first full service on my Tag Heuer in over 25 years. Quoted over £400 by a TAG jeweller, £235 with Fixmywatch. All the problems fixed, new battery installed and case resealed to spec., plus they even polished the case and bracelet, something I wasn't expecting.
Warranty card and velvet pouch on return.
Very pleased to have my cherished timepiece back.
Highly recommended.

The process for sending my watch by courier is secure.
The communication from Fix my Watch has been flawless at every stage.
I have been advised that the watch will be back tomorrow by secure courier. I'm not going to send my watch to anyone else ever.

I had a great experience with this company. They arranged collection.
They kept me up to date on the progress of my repair.Battery replacement.
When fixed they returned by DHL courier .

Usual service, never disappointed

Having just received my Longines watch back from a full service I was so pleased with the result. It was well worth the cost to have a timepiece which kept time and was bright as new. I was kept informed throughout the process.

Speedy service. Kept me informed when the watch was received by them, when the work was completed and when it was being returned. Excellent. Will use again.

Quick, efficient & very convenient.

Terrible service, my watch was returned not working, after being told to wait a day to see if it started ticking again!!! I returned it. My Watch was away for about a month before being returned working. I complained and they accepted the service was unacceptable, I asked for compensation instead of warm words two and a half months later they have not had the courtesy to even reply.

Pay a bit more you will get a better service.

I had my doubts about sending my gold watch but the UPS service was brilliant and on time both ways.
Value for money was excellent I paid 5 times as much with a main stream jeweller last time I had the same work done - never again!
Return packaging was top rate and I love the little pouch and warranty card.
