Today I received my case for the Samsung S25 Ultra, and it was a real thrill. It’s a superb product, meticulously crafted down to the smallest detail. The designers paid attention to every little thing—the cutouts for each camera are very precise and neat, the opening for the flash is extremely precise and neat, nothing sticks out anywhere, the buttons are very responsive, and everything is super sleek and crisp. Before this, I had an S24 Ultra and used a Pitaca case, and I want to say that it falls far short of the Caudabe case, even though it costs $80—which is $30 more than the Caudabe.
Inside the case is a pleasant velvety lining that protects the phone’s body from any scuffs against the case itself.
The MagSafe is high-quality and attaches perfectly to the magnet.
The case’s surface feels great, and the phone fits snugly inside, with excellent protection around the screen thanks to the precise raised edges.
It’s a very high-quality product for $48.

I bought this case on a whim from ads and I don't regret it. I've dropped my iPhone at least 30 times in the past year and my phone is still running good with no cracks. I don't think I need a screen protector either, those things just crack even at the slightest drop. The Caudabe is tried and true with me. I'll be life long customer for sure.

I ordered my case on the 01/04 and still not received a shipping email. I contacted them on the 08/04 and they said 1 - 2 business days. Still nothing.

I've emailed them again on Friday asking for an update and not heard back and now been ignored and still not received any shipping email.

I haven't got much hope for the case if they can't even get their shipping times / customer support correct.

The phone cases are quality products, but are too slippery for my liking. What caught my attention was the customer service from Caudabe Support Team. They made the refund hassle-free and seamless. Top-notch. Will continue to support Caudabe in future.

Great customer service. I had to return one case for a different case, and they helped me every step of the way. I eventually chose the paragon over synthesis, because of the color, grip, camera protection, and the screen lip was too high and it felt thicker. Love the paragon now and got some extra cool colors for the side buttons as well.

First time purchasing from Caudabe, been wanting to buy a case from them for a while.

Upgraded to a S26 ultra and finally decided to get some new cases. Purchased the Paragon and Sheath after a few emails to support regarding shipping times etc as I live in New Zealand. They were prompt and professional with their replies.

Both excellent cases, however won't actually review the cases.

I ended up returning the Paragon, the return process was simple and fast. Also had issues with the power button but after a quick email to support and a video of the issue they sent replacement buttons out and also a replacement case.

100% RECOMMEND CAUDABE, the customer service has been fantastic!

This caudabe Paragon Phone case lasted just over a month and cracked from a 5 foot drop. Overpriced.

2026 was the first time in decade and half of Apple use, that I ventured outside Apple, Pitaka and Spigen to find some great case to protect yet not diminish the looks of iPhone 17 PM deep blue.
After scouting the market top to bottom and purchasing 10 plus cases, my final stop was Ccaudabe. The journey started with eucalyptus Sheath and Azurite paragon and suffice it to see I have now every Caudabe model in every colour. The cases are amazing even despite compulsive case swapping - am 90% in Caudabe world now. Here some key features.

Paragon:
+ slick design, fantastic to hold
+ deep grooved grip, again fantastic to hold
+ good Mag strength
+ striking colors

- back could be scratch prone, but their customer service is extraordinary and will provide all the help needed

Sheath
+beautiful texture, addictive to hold
+easy maintenance, any smudge can be wipe cleaned
+good front screen and back camera protection

- mag could be little stronger
- after paragon and synthesis, I miss the grooves on side grip

Synthesis
+ sturdiest of the lot
+ fantastic side grip, the back texture ( frosted) is also great

- we are spoiled with the precise models, please make the synthesis precise!!!
- the current two frosted colors look great on the silver and orange iPhones, would love something that contrasts well with deep blue iPhone

Finally, the buttons are interchangeable among the models, so one can have fun with the customization..

With the great product quality and outstanding customer service, I think I will stick with the brand.. Hope they continue improving and innovation!

I've bought their case for several of my phones, and find them to be excellent. The last one I bought for my Galaxy S26 Ultra, came yesterday, 5 days after I ordered it, which is quite reasonable. The fit is perfect, and the interchangeable buttons is nice. I have have neuropathy in my hands, making it hard to pick up items, but the texture really helps. Overall fit is perfect?

World class leading product support, response time/communication customer service. Went well beyond the helpful line, they have created a huge fan… I highly recommend this company and if you are fortunate enough to need their support I am sure that you will sing their praises too… if you don’t they might offer complimentary singing lessons.

Caudabe have great customer support. yesterday I filed for a warranty claim , caudabe answered the claim in 2 hours and after small chat i got new case on the way , In less than 24 hours after the warranty claim.
Very happy with them. Not many companies have service as good and fast as theirs.

Galaxy S26 Ultra Sheath case is a highly recommended item. Why? Because it is built with so much thought on protecting your phone. Especially the Aesthetics on the case is unreal. That is why me and my wife has an Galaxy S26 Sheath case. Black and Gray. Bkue i wanted but it was on Pre- Order. I could'nt wait. Generally my experience was very good. First case I ordered the sheath for iPhone 17 pro came even sooner than I was expecting. I was not fond of the way it feels in hand which is a preference so I decided to exchange it for the Paragon. The whole time while I was contacting the support they were very helpful and caring, gave me instructions how to proceed and what to do. Overall experience was quite amazing and I would recommend it to everyone.

I recently purchased a Caudabe Sheath case and a Caudabe Crystal Elite AR screen protector for my iPhone 17 Pro Max. I have owned every iPhone series ever made and have used cases and screen protectors from many companies over the years. My recent experience and case/screen protector I purchased from Caudabe are the best I have owned. Both the screen protector and case were easy to install, and the screen protector went on fast and, most importantly, was flawless the first time around. The case has buttons that you can customize (I chose to do this), and they swap in under a minute and fit perfectly. The case itself is well-made, will protect the phone, screen, and camera lenses from drops and falls. And best of all, it has a slightly dimpled finish that makes it SO much easier to grip your phone, yet it still slides easily in and out of your pocket. This is a game-changer, especially for a larger phone. It fully protects the camera lenses by surrounding them, rather than leaving a massive opening around the camera area. Finally, wireless charging with MagSafe works perfectly, even better than it did with my original Apple-branded case.

I purchased my products directly from Caudabe, and they were shipped almost immediately after my purchase, came with tracking, and were delivered quickly and fully protected. Caudabe uses recyclable packaging that goes far beyond most competitors' products, with only two pieces of plastic in the entire box: one to protect the screen protector glass during installation and one to hold your phone while installing the screen protector. The case had no plastic in the box at all. I appreciate that the company took the time to think about this, and it's another reason I can recommend their products.
