I have previously put a review on for my purchase last week.
Outstanding service arrived the next day. Customer service on the phone is excellent. Being half Italian we love our chinos and can't recommend these enough. Excellent quality and I have bought them in all colours plus some of the Chino shorts. I will shop online from now on as find the store I have been to not that friendly and bad customer service.

Ordered a made to measure suit for our wedding. Told 6-8 weeks for it to come in to store. 10 weeks later we hadn’t heard anything so, we had to chase them. 11 weeks later it was finally in the store but, again we had to chase for updates. No contact from the store no updates on our order at all or an apology or explanation for the delay. We had to do all the chasing.
The suit quality and choose is fantastic but the customer service really lets the service down.

Great suit, high quality, I have purchased 3 suits with Cavani over the last few years and all have been very good. I am 5ft 6 and the short suits are better than any other brand I’ve found, I just wish they did more of their suits in a short length too! Would highly recommend.

The speed of delivery and the quality of the product I bought

Excellent service had to ring them regarding my email address sorted it out and received my order within a couple of days arrived all neatly boxed will definitely use again.

Cavani quality product & service

Had a slight issue with sizing suit was sized wrong. Contacted customer service and they were brilliant. Sent pictures then received a return qr code. Within in three days the correct size suit arrived. First class from start to finish. Wish all customer service was the good

Fast, friendly, efficient support and good quality clothing

coat came up much too tight. Email inviting me to leave review clearly states free returns however they are not free. They cost £3.99. Why mislead?

Very well made 3-piece suit. Struggled to find a nice V-taper suit but Cavani delivered! Will be ordering again!
