Ordered a pocket square that hadn't turned up, emailed support as I needed it for a wedding in a few days and within minutes they'd emailed back and organised another one to be sent next day delivery.

Had arranged to try on a suit I’d seen in their website. George arranged for suit and several waistcoats to be held for me until I could get there - I’m 150 miles away.
Great experience, staff couldn’t have been more helpful including steaming the suit to lose a few storage creases. Suit itself is lovely, very well made and lovely material. Can’t recommend too highly!!!

Purchased The Tie Box Company luxury tie gift box set from their website on the Monday, it was delivered on Wednesday.

I’m really not sure where to start but I can honestly say that Carrie (Senior Wedding Coordinator) has saved my sanity and probably the wedding!

With little over a month until the big day and a son who despite more than 18 months to prepare hadn’t “got around” to organising suits for himself, the best man and 7 groomsmen, we were all panicking, especially the bride to be!

One call to Jenson Samuel and we’re now fully kitted out with 9 matching men, gorgeous suits that fit beautifully (which given that we’re in Southampton they’re in North Yorkshire, so a visit was not possible is a remarkable achievement), and a happy bride!
I can say hand on heart that the customer service from Jenson Samuel is exceptional, I’ve shopped online for years, and this is by far the best I’ve ever experienced. The quality of the suits is wonderful and far superior to a certain chain who allegedly “specialise” in weddings.

All suits arrived sorted into named bags ready to try on which was so helpful. A couple of items needed to be exchanged (due to my incompetence measuring and a bit of male vanity), this had already been planned for, there was a back up plan for everything, especially the things I hadn’t even thought of. The attention to detail was incredible, and nothing was too much trouble.

There is not a single thing that can be faulted from this whole experience, and we are all so very grateful to Carrie, George and the whole Jenson Samuel Team - you are all amazing. THANK YOU for everything.

I have purchased many items from this shop over the past three years, however my opinion has now been soured after a poor experience with an online order.
I had ordered a pastel blue bow tie for a wedding and when the item arrived, they had sent a standard tie, not a bow tie.
The wedding was less than 48 hours away and, to be fair, the company did arrange for their excellent shop at Skipton, staffed by some really helpful and cheerful staff, who I had bought several items from over the years, to swap the ties over.
The disappointment came with the company’s refusal to compensate me for my time and inconvenience in having to travel the 20 miles to and from Skipton to rectify their failure to send the correct goods out. A token gesture was offered to pay for a contribution to travel and parking, but the company clearly had no value of my time.
Disappointing that a small business could not compensate fairly and retain a customer or preserve their reputation, but clearly they value profit higher than customer satisfaction.

So we nipped into Skipton for a drink and something to eat and chanced upon this little gentleman’s outfitters.
We were greeted by a very knowledgeable, well presented young man named Larone.
Not pushy, and just the right amount of keen to help. He offers advice on matching accessories and then pointed me to the website to enable me to get a very nice 10%off.
Bought myself the sage green caridi and feel a million dollars. The outfitters offer a large array of suits and styles and we will be back again.
As for Larone,well he is a credit to you and a real pleasure to have met.

Visited yesterday for my husband to get new clothes for a wedding. Lovely selection of suits, shirts and ties and the service was exceptional. Very attentive, helpful and patient. Can’t remember the man’s name but he is a real asset to your shop.

What a fabulous shop! Excellent selection of well made unusual design shirts at brilliant prices. George was super helpful without being over-bearing, just helped when we needed it otherwise left us alone, bought 4 shirts, going home happy. Thanks George.

First time visiting this shop & it was a pleasure! A good selection of suits at reasonable prices. We were warmly greeted by the staff & looked after by James who helped with eyeing up for size, picking the right tie to match etc. He was also very knowledgable which made the whole experience feel so relaxed with no pushy sales tactics we felt like we were in safe hands. Such an unexpected gem to find in beautiful Skipton. Lovely quality items, reasonable prices and an online service which I know we will use. Great customer service and a Christmas chocolate whilst you shop - what’s not to love

World class customer service . Ordered waistcoats for my wedding. DPD did their usual "lost package". But the Jenson Samuel team and Carrie in particular went above and beyond to get another set sent out before DPD could even locate them. Kept me up to date at every step of the way, phoned, emailed, even over the weekend. Cannot recommend this company enough.

The personal service was exceptional. Just the right balance of professional advice and personal desire taken into account.
My new suit was the envy of all my friends, it turned the heads of many a lady.
Highly recommend this outlet.

I visited the store in Skipton after looking in the window at the colourful display of suits and shirts. Once inside, it was a pleasure to see the choice of suits, jackets, shirts, waistcoats, ties and handkerchiefs. The assistant couldn't have been more helpful and I left with a lovely paisley shirt. I will certainly be looking online in the future as Skipton is some 60 odd miles away.

Excellent service given by James, a great quality suit, shirt and tie at an affordable price. Much better buying experience than going to a multi high street shop and to cap it all, Yorkshire products.

Visited Skipton whilst on holiday and came across the shop. Purchase two shirts the assistant was really helpful on sizing and they fitted perfect. Quality and design excellent.
