If I were you I'd stay well away from this company, certainly the Workshop in Llanelli anyway.

After charging me £90.00 for a diagnostic check on my son's Vauxhall Corsa, they then tried to charge me £1,500.00 for a new ECU stating this was faulty. On seeking a second opinion and paying out for another diagnostic check with a different company, I had the car fixed for £86.00.

I asked Cawdor Cars in Llanelli for my £90.00 and they refused, saying they would do yet another diagnostic check for free. Hardly, I didn't trust them from the first time. Cawdor Cars will take your money and deliver little else. A company not to be trusted.

My name is Mrs moyler I bought my car a week ago I was sure what I wanted. But was not sure how to go about it I met a sales man called Luke from the first moment I told him what I was looking for he was so helpful, he gave me advice about the car I was intrested in was really nice and so easy to speak to not pushy like some sales people, I have recommended Luke to many off my friends as some off them all looking.fir a new cars, so if you are look to buy a new car I highly recommend Cawdor in cardigan. They consider everyone needs when buying a car the service is a very high standard so before you buy a car please this garage a look

Excellent service from Carl Fry at the Llanelli dealership. All options were clearly explained and he endeavoured to source a new car to meet my needs.

All the staff were warm and welcoming, I wouldn't hesitate to purchase a vehicle from them again. Happy customer!

Poor Communication between sales staff and management, meant staff wasting my time with false hopes on purchasing a car.
I was willing to travel the 330 miles to collect the car, but for the sake of £392 (to start with) preferred Not to sell me the car.
Then Management got involved and wanted even more money to have a deal.
A Very Bad Experience.

Well, where do i start,a few months ago i visited the Llanybydder branch with a few issues with my Mitsubishi ASX, ie:- the seat base collapsed on the right hand side causing the frame to dig into my thigh whilst driving which is not pleasant, secondly the drivers fold in mirror had to have help manually to fold in or out. Phill the service manager assured me that this would be sorted but he had to order the parts, after several phone calls he kept saying the seat base was on back order which i understood as i work for a major manufacturer myself {Volvo}. In the meantime waiting for these parts the vehicle has developed a few more issues, steering has gone so light that it is difficult to keep it in a straight line on the road, also the speedo needle bounces between 45 and 55 mph. over the last few weeks again i have phoned the dealership who assured me they would ring back,but to no avail. this has been going on for months now and nothing seems to be getting done. I just hope that the top brass read these reviews to improve their customer service.

Cawdor Carmarthen- great service, sorted my Tyre Warning light out in 30 seconds for no fee and saved me £70 as another garage said I needed a new sensor.
