Took my car there as it had been recalled. When I went to pick the car up they hadn’t been able to do the repair as they didn’t have the right part. They left a mess in the car and had disconnected my Bluetooth device.
Took the car back today and they did the repair but when I went to start it it wouldn’t start, they got it started and the new fan they had fitted wouldn’t work. They had blown a fuse when they wrongly reconnected my Bluetooth device.
The attitude of the staff was terrible and they were rude. Won’t go there again would rather go out of my way and go to another main dealer

I have only dealt with Llanybydder dealership/service and cannot praise highly enough! All staff have been extremely considerate, courteous and efficient on every contact and visit.

We have been coming back for service for the last 6 yrs and m.o.t. for 3 years and have always received very good service and found the staff to be friendly and informative. Have no complaints and would recommend Cawdors Garages to friends and family.

From the first contact with one of your sales team to subsequent contact with the telephone operator etc. every one was very pleasant and courteous, and helpful every way.

I was so impressed with the ethos of your organisation which was clear from your documentation and from your people.

As I am so impressed by your ethos, you will not be surprised that I am equally impressed by my allocated sales person Noel Thomson. He was always polite, patient, always providing helpful information, always asking the right question, and always listening to my queries. I never once felt that the bottom line was the only priority. He put in considerable effort on Cawdor’s and on our behalf, and both my wife and I are very thankful to him.

Vauxhall Corsa hand brake recall, was carried out in a very professional manner. Excellent customer service from te service manager. I came back to collect my car, soaking wet and cold having been caught in a storm. I was offered a warm place to warm up and a cut of hot coffee.

A great service by nice staff. All at a reasonable price.

It would have been a full 5 stars if you had given us a call when the car was ready, especially as we had told you we needed the car for a hospital appointment for our son that afternoon.

Yearly car service. Carried out competently and correctly. Only issue was the start of the work was delayed from my appointment time so I was waiting about an hour longer than originally estimated.
