Car failed MOT on shocks
Car failed MOT on shocks. Able to sort repair same day. Receptionist offered to stay late so I could still take my daughter to her school friends party and then pick up the car. Very kind. However not charged the price offered for the MOT which I only noticed when reviewing invoice later.

Very thorough, professional and helpful.
I am very pleased with my Outlander; great all purpose vehicle.
The Cawdor group arranged for collection of my vehicle as the nearest garage is over 50 miles away and I found it more convenient this way rather than give up a day to have it serviced.
